What did you do to your Ram today???

just curious what generally does anyone do when putting on larger tires have to buy a device?
You will need a device if some sort, or pay dealer to do it. How much you want to spend will determine what you do. Most use alfaObd or Jscan apps on their phones. Requires a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter and a SGW bypass. TazerDT can change tire size, plus gives quite a few other love features no other devices has
Pulsar can do it as well and depending on which one you buy, is also a throttle booster, or performance piggy back tuner.
Rough Country sell a one trick pony tire calibrators that costs almost as much as a TazerDT

First things first.. where they tell you to use the square type seal on the back of the RamBox, I‘d tell you to make it go ALL the way to the bed rail. that whole area, both sides, need to be sealed.
the bottom corner of the tailgate itself, very confusing.

There’s a video, I watched it a long time ago.. but didn’t this past weekend. That’s on me. Should have. Good luck.
Its definitely better, but I put an LED light in the bed with the gate shut and still saw a little light on the bottom corners of the tailgate.
From a typical rain storm.. I think I’m good.
I use a directional power washer or hose.. good chance a little gets in. Better than what it was…so good luck.
I've had my Bakflip MX4 installed for a couple weeks now, have gotten quite a bit of rain and actually been really surprised by how little water makes it inside already. It gets a little wet in the corners by the tailgate as expected with those big gaps, but that's pretty much it... shouldn't take much more to have it sealed up pretty tight.

I'm working on my other vehicles. Flushed cooling system on my new, to me, 99 Dakota R/T for the third time last night. Then actually put antifreeze in it. Should have 99% of the rusty crap that was in it out by now. Doing brakes tonight.

I ain't doing that, obviously.

It's now a matter of finding a suitable and affordable replacement.....and navigating the rough waters until that replacement is found.

I think I'm most stressed by the unavoidable reality that I will have to be sharing my truck for a while. 😭😭😭😭
Oof I feel that. My beater car will no longer pass inspection and needs a pile of money to make legal. I think I'm just gonna cut my losses and let it go down the road. But now, do I just put the miles on my truck? Find another 5k beater and hope it's in decent shape? Buy/lease a new small car/suv and make the payments? Tough decisions.

May not help you at the moment but I kind of went through the same dilemma. I recognized that my Mazda was getting on up there at 200k miles and opted to get my next commuter - A hybrid CR-V. I sold my wife by saying "look, you get to drive a new car for 3 yrs. Then we will get you whatever you want." Then I'll have a paid off truck and an almost paid off 2024 with 45k miles to be my commuter.

WOW. A whole day went by without a post here!
What’s everyone doin? Shoppin? LOL 😎
indeed, new rancho uca's just arrived today - also can't make up my mind on an oil catch can - do I need it? do I want it? do I spend elsewhere? lol
also had been recovering from a broken left hand middle finger - was working on my dad's cherokee rear suspension and made a stupid and careless move - I will say no more
I am done using the finger splint, now just dealing with a little bit of stiffness

Definitely get a catch can. No need to buy expensive ones. This is the same as what I'm running. Ive had more expensive catch cans on other vehicles, and other than the hoses, this one is every bit as good of quality.
