What did you do to your Ram today???

Why is there a pile of rope/garter snakes/leaves under your truck?
Those are ratcheting tie down straps I use with my trailer. That's just convenient storage place from them. Leaves are because the wind sucks and blows then right into the garage when door is open.

New wheels finally!
What wheels are these? I really like the OEM Laramie night edition wheels but they're 22's and I want to stay with 20's. Been looking for aftermarket that's similar and this may be the closest I've seen.

Im starting to think 1 out of every 2 Ram has those wheels lol.

Yep, for good reason! They look better than a lot of the other cheesy Fuel wheels.

I saw three other trucks with the same Ram-daisy flower power stockers that I had before just today after getting them mounted but none with the Rebels...so I'm good with it! 🤣

Good 'ol Fuel Rebels....probably their #1 selling style in the last couple years

So true. There’s not very many good looking Fuel rims IMO, the Rebel is the exception.

I actually wanted the new Rebar but they are on 8-week national backorder. Dealer had these Rebels in stock because somebody no-showed for them.

Time to google those

Edit: yep those look good as well

Apparently I finally found the weight limit of the air suspension . Lowered the truck for my third load of firewood and it gave an overweight alarm on the cluster, gave a warning in the center and I had to drive it back ti the house in entry/exit mode. Once I got it unloaded, everything is clear and working normal again.

I didn’t snap a pic of the offending load but it didn’t seem much heavier than the first. The bed slide still rolled nice and smooth. I wouldn’t have thought the oak weighed more than some of the other loads I’ve hauled lately. Surely 17 sheets of 23/32 OSB and 24 sheets of 5/8” drywall would have been more than a jag of wood.

Are you sure that’s white oak?

Ah, I actually meant to say Water Oak but regardless, I don't think the load in the pic I posted is an oak unless the bark is still in a juvenile stage.
There's a couple species on the property that I'm not familiar with so any help identifying them would be more than welcome.

We have lots of Water Oak, Southern Yellow Pine and a few Magnolias but then there's several others in juvenile stage that are harder to identify, plus all the leaves are gone this time of year.

Maybe beech, even maybe some maple.
I agree, a lot easier when the leaves are out.

Got the wiring harness from @VICE design installed for the reverse light LED pods I added. Not dark out yet, will take pics of how well they work later. View attachment 152984View attachment 152985View attachment 152986
Some pictures of the output. Kind of an odd pattern. But they work pretty good.

Just the back up cam on, brake on, not in reverse.

And in reverse. I did adjust them down some after this to be aimed closer to rear of truck. The cut off with bright spot directly below, then gap of no light is odd. Wonder if I flipprd them over it would help to have the cut off be at top of pattern to help if anyone behind me. There weren't any directions with the lights to say which direction was "up"

I'm sure the cutoff in the middle is the shadow fron the hitch.
