What did you do to your Ram today???

Plugged in the wireless CarPlay my wife got my for Xmas. Open to other mount options. Appears to work fine, a bit underwhelming fit and finish for $100.

OK, after 70 miles, I had to turn ANC back on and reverse the polarity of the 6x9 back to the factory setting.

Everything back in phase and the ANC turned back on is hopefully going to be a closed book.
What were you getting when you had ANC turned off?

I just installed a bedrug impact bed liner.
It worked out well with the multi functional tailgate, I removed the tailgate portion from the bed liner, then cut it down to fit the 60/40. The bed portion was pretty straight forward, a couple cuts by the bed brackets , a couple more for the lights and tie downs, the liner pretty much fit like a glove. Again, like everything else the hardest part was getting it here. I sent it to our daughter and my wife brought it back as baggage, bedrug wanted $153 to ship it. Laters

Finished up my reverse/flood light install. For anyone interested they’re just the typical white Amazon rock lights used as puddle lights and the reverse lights. 4 on each side of the truck on the frame rails and 4 flush mounted in the rear bumper. These aren’t some super bright show quality lights, but they’re inexpensive and almost give off an OEM+ appearance. If you need back up lights to illuminate more than 10ft then get some more substantial lights though haha9BBC2831-CBBD-4543-94D4-CB2CE6BFC8FB.jpeg

These are the ones I used. SUNPIE Pure White LED Rock Lights https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019ODAK2...abc_PYB1KEBWWXSTM6H0215R?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Keep in mind, these come with no wiring harness so you have to make your own! There are some other options that come with quick disconnect harnesses and they’re way easier. For the rear I daisy chained them together using butt connectors with heat shrink and solder and then ran my LONG wires into the engine bay where I have my wireless control box so that I control the lights with the homelink buttons on the visor. For the puddle lights I just tapped into the driver’s footwell light so that they turn on whenever I unlock the truck or open the doors.

do you have a link to the lights or did you do a write up on them?

Hard to explain. It didn't seem to be audible, but I was getting a headache from driving. It was like some pressure impulse was being generated in the cab from the expansion joints in the road. Maybe it was the speakers pushing inward instead of outward.

Hmm good to know. I disabled mine when I put my muffler. I just reinstalled everything so going to give it a shot see if I can tell a difference.
