What did you do to your Ram today???

Patriot blue seems to have 5 different colors depending on the lighting. It does 'burnt turquoise' when it's overcast:

Looking great!!!

Taped off the ends. Scotch pad scuff the whole bar with a thorough iso alcohol wipe down. Krylon Fusion rattle can spray with a really light first layer dried well to make sure it had a good tacky base, then 4 to 5 coats with about 15 min on average in between. 2 hours dry before any significant handling.
That easy? Dang that’s cool! I definitely think I’ll paint mine either burnt copper or chrome soon. Thanks man
Thinking of hitting mine with caliper paint and then bake it with a heat gun.

Then paint the calipers to match

Ok, so today after work. I loaded my truck with tools and window blinds and installed them in my mothers kitchen. Then I went and picked up fire wood for the winter.

2000 Dakota R/T with 175k miles. Headlights are modified eBay specials. I added projectors and color matched the bezels myself. I live in Nebraska. We definitely salt the roads here, and it was a daily driver for three years, even through winter. But honestly it got more rust/corrosion the four years I lived in San Diego than it did when I was daily driving it through winter here in Nebraska. Just gotta take care of them. Keep it washed through winter with undercarriage spray in automatic car washes. And once spring hits, get up in all the nooks and cranny with hose and nozzle.
What are your plans? I had a 99 RT (barney) and stuffed a 408 in it. Miss that damn truck. I can't seem to find another one at a solid price that doesn't look like it came out of the crap yard. My son wants to get another one and build it. 408 + 456 gears-nasty.

High compression 410 stroker with nitrous. Only reason I pulled it is because I put a hole in #2 piston first night out last year. Hit neutral spraying 200 shot of nitrous and I was an idiot and didn't hook my rpm window switch for nitrous, or rec limiter back up after switching ignition over winter. Was .030 over 360 putting 340 to wheels all motor before that. Never dynod it with the nitrous

Small world, I had a 2000 R/T with a 408 from Southeast Performance with their Wilwood big brake kit and a locally built transmission. Really miss that truck.

Started gathering gear for the audio upgrade.

CDT wide band 6x9 set for up front. Can't wait for everything else to get here.

Nice, Got CDTs in the front and rear doors. Been eye balling those 2" wide band tweeter/midrange hybrids for the dash. Can't wait to hear your results.
