Same. You don’t let your fuel pump run outside of submersion. That’s how it keeps cool and promotes longevity. Can't help you I've never let it get low enough for the low fuel light to come on. I don't think I've ever been below 1/4 tank.

You sure they didn’t give you a DS owner’s manual? They made that mistake a lot early on...I had to make a second request to get the correct one, despite the correct cover on both.Just noticed the owner’s manual says the optional tank is 32 gallons vs the 33 gallons listed on my monroney sticker..
Most I’ve done so far is 31.6 gallons. Curious now if anyone has put over 32+ gallons in..

Mine matches @grimreefer’s image...page 555.
Isn't the 32 gallon tank for the 2500? My son has a 3/4 ton Ram and his is listed as a 32 gallon fuel tank.Just noticed the owner’s manual says the optional tank is 32 gallons vs the 33 gallons listed on my monroney sticker..

Could be a mistake in the book or you got the incorrect owners manual.
Most I put in my 33 gallon tank was 30.265.

2019 Ram 1500 Billet Silver Laramie Quad Cab 2WD, 5.7 Hemi, 8HP75, 3.21 axle, 33 gallon fuel tank, factory dual exhaust, 18” wheels. Build date: 03 June 2018. Now at: 047848 miles.
As we all know, there was no regular cab model and no 8 foot box on a DT. At least so far. I think the folks who design the marketing material and manuals got some bad info.I've never been below a quarter tank either. Not sure why they use the term "Regular Cab", but this is from my manual and it lists a 33 gallon tank. 121 liters is 31.965 gallons, though.
ETA: Makes me wonder what they did different on the 6 bangers to decrease the oil cap a whole quart...
