Uconnect not loading properly

Lately my screen will jump up/down or not position itself correctly. The information bar on the bottom of the screen is not visible. When my CarPlay connects it also will not fill the screen correctly and jump up/down. I’ve done the soft reset (hold power button) several times but it doesn’t correct itself. Then sometimes I get in my truck and it works just fine. I don’t get it. Anyone know anything about this?
 
I have had this problem for months now. Factory reset, tried wired carplay, wireless. Uconnect is garbage in my opinion. I don't know where to go. My dealership says "Your software is up to date, we can't do anything" and I don't believe there is any support from Uconnect, so what do we do?
 
I too am having the same problem. I am wondering if this is due to a failed update as I saw a brief screen that said something to that affect before it quickly disappeared then these troubles started happening.
 
I posted another thread about this. @RamCares DM'd me asking me to reach out to Uconnect/FCA. Needless to say they were useless. "The software is up to date we can't do anything. Take it to the dealer". So I am dropping it off this morning at the dealership and will update once they take a look.

This worked for me after unsuccessful hard resets…
I did a hard reset with my phone’s WiFi and BT in the OFF setting. I’m guessing UConnect was getting confused rebooting while trying to connect to CarPlay.

My uConnect has done this many times since the last over the air update. I have a 2022 Limited.
When doesn’t load correctly and the screen is messed up, after several minutes it will go to just outputting a buzzing noise. Once I shut off the truck and restart, everything loads normally and works fine.
The system will do this about 30% of the time I start the truck.
@RamCares is there an update to fix this issue?

I just completed a 1100 km trip with my 2022 Limited and the UC5 worked correctly about 50% of the time when starting the truck.
I tried to cold restart by pressing the power button for just over 10 seconds, until the screen goes off. The cold restart doesn’t fix anything. Each time the UC5 reboots and does a complete startup from the ‘loading’ and ‘accept’ screens, the screen pages jump up and down and the selection softkeys on the bottom never appear.

To make the UC5 system work correctly, I have to park the truck, turn it off and let the system shut right down. When I restart the truck, if the UC5 system goes to the ‘loading’ screen, it will not boot up correctly.

In my travels this weekend I had to stop three times, shut off the truck and restart, just to make UC5 work correctly.

This has happened ever since the last oner the update was installed FCA-MY24.U35.26-PROD.

My 2022 was great for 3 years until a few months ago. Not sure what changed but UC5 and CarPlay just don’t want to work together lately. If I plug in my phone to USB for charging all hell breaks loose. CarPlay locks up, lose part of the screen like the touch controls for the menus or constantant blinking and shifting till I turn the ignition off and reset everything again. CarPlay wirelessly seems to connect whenever it feels like it. Sometimes right away and other times up to 20 minutes later with 10 minutes being the average. Totally frustrating especially when navigation is needed and completely unacceptable for uConnect that’s been around for a long time now.

Yes, very frustrating and unacceptable. Mine was great like yours until a few months ago as you mentioned.
It is since the latest update when mine is screwed up, probably the same time yours started screwing up.
 
These are all examples of what has been going on with mine. My radio is being replaced tomorrow afternoon, I will give an update after that.
