I know it’s still cold in much of the country. But here in Phoenix. I know of one coworker who was getting his truck worked on today, plus another coworker next week. My A/C is OK, 42 degrees. (my other 2009 Ram is 38 degrees. Big Difference) The 09 would cool right down, while my 2020 Limited would take, what seemed forever to cool down. My local dealership is only doing about one truck a week. I put my name on a list and they will call me when the parts come in. I could live with 42 degrees. But I really want my truck to cool down quickly.

I think I'll wait til its in the 90's to b*i*t*c*h about my a/c performance. Hard enough to get dealers around here to do TSB in the summmer, let alone when its cold outside.

My local dealer told me they wouldn’t do it....they didn’t want to take the chance and screw it up, have me complain about squeaks they make from their work, and not getting paid to fix it.

Now moving on to the next dealer, but probably wait until the spring.

That’s one reason why I didn’t want to be the first. I know with the heat coming here soon to Phoenix. It’s only a matter of time before everyone and their mule will want this fix done....That is.. if it works. That’s the $64 dollar question. With the two guys from work getting theirs work on. I will at least hear about their complaints about squeaks and what not

I remember when the question was worth $64,000. Talk about inflation :ROFLMAO:

I think it's appropriate to look into getting your AC worked on at the end of February in Phoenix. I was starting to use AC at about that time of the year when I lived down there. Be sure to let us know how it worked out for you if you end up having the fix done on your truck.

Hello everyone, we certainly would be more than willing to assist with resolving your air conditioning concerns alongside a future dealer service. Please do not hesitate to send over a private message with your VIN prior to your TSB service. We will happily connect you and your dealer to a specialist as an additional layer of support throughout that process!

The TSB, if I remember correctly, is for vehicles built July 31, 2020 and prior. My truck was built Aug 10 so I hope it is good. I haven't had to use the AC since I bought it.

There should be a date on the factory sticker in the door frame stating month and year it was built.

Mine is an April 2019 build and is going in for the TSB next Wednesday, they have to look at it first to determine what parts will be necessary. Will post results afterwards

My 19 ram had the worst A/C of any vehicle I’ve owed over the last 27 years of driving. My 19 was bought back for other reasons so I had a 2021 built. It has a build date of 12/2020, I’m hoping It was fixed by my new build date😩 Good luck with getting yours fixed!
