Start of 2022 Production.

Well CLUSTERFUCK struck again!!

Ordered 6/18 and waited somewhat patiently for production to start. No problem! Got build sheet 10/27 approx. six weeks from start of production. No problem! Window sticker two days later 10/29!

As soon as I got the BS I scoured it for omissions. Sure enough ASG was missing! A deal breaker for me. I found this out when the BS came out and contacted MD. I believe they are as genuinely pissed as I am. Aaron has escalated to the “Top” so I told him I wouldn’t blow up the forum until I heard what the powers that be have to say.

No action from the “top” so I just reordered! Let’s start this process over!! Hopefully they will find mercy and prioritize the second order but I’m not holding my breath! I did take this opportunity to add MFT and Ramboxes! Let the fun begin! I post in the tracker as soon as I have a VIN.

And Aaron and MD have been PHENOMENAL in working through this!!

I would of been happy to wait longer to get all the stuff I ordered. I just hope they get it right this time, otherwise I may go in another direction or reorder again. Keeping fingers crossed!

Be sure to check vroom/autonation/carmax as well if you have them in your area. Also if your state has trade in sales tax credit be sure to calculate that in the difference of selling privately vs trading in. I usually trade in as well but sold my 17 ram to autonation in May prior to my 21 order showing up, the difference vs trading in was way more than the difference in the sales tax credit so I went that route this time. We also recently sold my partners car (jetta) to carmax about a month ago and had a good experience there as well.

I never knew about the sales tax credit. I'm in Delaware which doesn't have sales tax so it probably doesn't apply to me.

Neither BS or WS listed the ASG and they matched. They reflected everything that was actually put on the truck. No clue why they left off ASG. You should be good!

That's how you guarantee you get your truck sooner than others... just reorder, as it appears many of the new orders are being prioritized.

Just noticed that today's build sheets were HEAVY with Rebels. On average, they're usually less than 10% of production. But today, they were 33%. That's unusual.

Saw the same thing with the TRX orders last year, people that ordered when the books first opened were some of the last to get their trucks

Meh. We all just want our trucks as quickly as we can get them. It sucks for people who have been waiting, but I'm not going to feel guilty if I get mine sooner than someone who ordered 6 months before they started building them.

I agree and now that I had reorder I will be in that group! But I still agree. Not to mention all of our Canadian friends and all those '21 bumped to '22's.

I don't know how they've held out this long. RAM has until about February to get my truck delivered, or I'm going with another Denali.

there was someone here who said they know someone high up at stellantis and they were going to look into it. or something like that.

I don't know how they've held out this long. RAM has until about February to get my truck delivered, or I'm going with another Denali.

The only reason i am still holding out from my original March order is the discount that i negotiated...its worth the thousands that i will save by being patient...but it hasnt been easy especially when you see these high vin numbers being built....

I am ready to put in another order myself from a higher volume dealer. I’ve waited long enough, that I kinda want Granite instead of Patriot. Since there is maybe a blue paint shortage maybe I’ll move up in line!

You're way more patient than I am. I really like the RAMs, but there are plenty of other nice trucks out there and manufacturers who are willing to take my $60-80k for one of their trucks.
