Satellite Hardware Error

I did the factory reset on mine and it worked. had to redo all my resets and sound settings tho. I also went on the stellantis site and got a free download of 2025 maps for the gps

If you have UConnect 5, v2024.03 is the latest update.

That's a headache I'd sure hate to avoid - especially if it may not even be a permament fix

I did the factory reset on mine and it worked.... until today when it got the update again. Soft reboot fixes it for the one drive. I also did the signal refreshes through Sirius, that didn't do anything.

Would be great if we could get some kind of official word here.

I never got the satellite hardware error, but for the first time in about 2 weeks I didn't get that icon at the top of my screen.

Got an message from @RamCares with a case number. They said they would be in touch - so far nothing.

I had SXM send a signal refresh, then performed a factory reset on the radio. I have not had any issues since.

I've done nothing and haven't had issues for quite some time. It would appear they've patched something to me.

how do you do the factory reset ? .... or you mean to just reset the radio through setting to the default

Full reset in the settings to default. You could try a soft reset by holding the power button down until the screen turns off then back on, let off the button, then push it again after the screen goes back off.

On my 2019 the radio went out causing the sirius and navigation to not work. Granted it was Uconnect4.
that sucks......mines uconnect 4.. i kinda like it. have not messed with uconnect 5 for more than a few minutes .... you just need a new unconnect4 box... thats a simple fix.
