Retrofitting the 33 gallon tank

Hello all, I am in the middle of swapping my 23 gal tank out for the 33 gallon I ran into an issue with the fuel line bundle I need to replace the hose in the first picture with the second picture however the replacement doesn’t have a sensor and solenoid like the original part does. And the original part is not long enough to connect all relevant pieces. Any advice?

Your going to have to modify it.

this is how i did mine . Used some hose and clamps to modify the new and used ones to make it work. It works good and no issues after i modified it.

I cut the hose off the end of the fitting that has the electric connection then put the hose with the u shape from new one on old one using clamps did the same thing to other side to make it work . You can see in the pics.

Anyone know where I can get a vapor tube and vapor canister? Everywhere has been out of stock from what I have seen.

did you start with a 23 or 26-gallon tank? As I understand it if you originally started with a 23-gal tank you will have to change more than just the fuel capacity setting. Possibly change the fuel tank calibration settings under Cluster Configuration. Does anyone know what to set these values to?
