Reflective Concepts hood decals

Does your father-in-law advise any type of wax, polish, or coating to preserve the color so they do not lose their pop? I have never put wax on vinyl, but I guess it may preserve the shine.

He hasn't said anything about it for preservation. But something that may be of consideration, and I did it on my Durango, I used 3m 1080 carbon fiber vinyl on the hood of my Durango and the guy that wrapped it said they make a Ceramic coat formulated for vinyl. It worked like a champ to prevent shrinkage and discoloration on the hood where it was wrapped.
I used this VViViD Fuse 9H andit worked pretty good for the hood Vinyl.

BUMP for some more Sport hood overlay pics.

Big fan of reflective concepts quality. Been on about 8 months with no issues.

Added the Medium Blue Reflective graphics a few months ago. They're a great addition to my Patriot Blue Limited!

From early summer...they’ve held up very well through the scorching summer sun and now snow and salt
