thats a drag... but at least they are doing something to rectify it.
I just checked mine and both are Left side resonators, damn Ram!Just to add a bit more entertainment....I was just under my GT verifying my exhaust and found that my resonators are both -L
But the muffler is correct and it all still sounds great.
OK, I was able to check the actual part numbers and I think I’m ok. Both having a “ L” on the resonators thru me off. I’m sorry, false alarm.
Muffler C-9396 / L Resonator C-9408-L part # 364AA
R Resonator C-9408-L part# 365AA
Off topic but I couldn’t do anything but laugh when I noticed this while going under the truck. Notice anything missing? lol

So did the warranty manager agree and order the part for you? same delivery time as me (early march hopefully)? The dealer has confirmed that my parts are not correct. The next step is to bring in the warranty manager who is out until tomorrow. After they confirm with the pictures that it's wrong they have to get ahold of the district manager for approval to order the correct parts. Seems like a bunch of BS that they need all these approvals. If something is broken when the vehicle is under warranty it's fixed right away no questions asked, why is this any different?
So I guess the good news is that things are happening. The bad news is it's not happening fast. Even if it was ordered today it likely won't show up until March, but going through all these approval channels will also take weeks or a month so it's looking like spring time before it's fixed.
My appointment was on 1/24 and I haven't heard anything since. I'll have to give them a call next week.So did the warranty manager agree and order the part for you? same delivery time as me (early march hopefully)?
Wait, what? How can they "discontinue" a part for a whole @$$ sub-trim that just came out...?I've tried to order the GT exhaust parts listed in this thread and being told the part is discontinued. Anyone know how to get around this? Seems like others are ordering the parts...
Could be that they just advanced to a new part number...they keep doing this with other parts. Suddenly part 123456AB will be discontinued and now the current part is 123456AC.Wait, what? How can they "discontinue" a part for a whole @$$ sub-trim that just came out...?
Even though it's essentially the same right? Logistics...Could be that they just advanced to a new part number...they keep doing this with other parts. Suddenly part 123456AB will be discontinued and now the current part is 123456AC.
