Not sure that the rear window, 3rd brake light, or shark fin were ever redesigned. Maybe someone can tell us
There was supposedly a redesign of the window frame to prevent cracking. It's not just a Ram thing. IIRC, Chevy uses the same supplier for rear windows and they were having issues as well

I do know the gasket for the center brake light was "redesigned" for 21 and new trucks. I was told by the dealer that the rear window frame was too but apparently it didn't help

Got my truck back. They did not fix or clean the rear headliner. RamCares please help. Service manager told me cleaning it was not part of warranty. This dealership has been miserable to work with.

It is 100% covered by warranty, now you get to be a picky person and if they can't get all the stains out demand a new headliner.

Unfortunately my rear window is leaking. The headliner is drenched and stained. I had work done about a month ago that they had to pull the rear seat because it would not start. I have 32,289 miles on my 2021. I have the fca additional warranty. What do I do now?
This is crazy to me that this has been a issue since the first 19’s came out in 2018. There are many other unresolved issue still today from the first builds also. Good luck, hope they fix it right the first time, but wouldn’t hold your breath on that!

I'm convinced the ram dealer tech's don't diagnosis the water leaks. They just guess and then don't even verify the leak is repaired after the glass is replaced.
Same as the vibration, balance and electrical issues I’ve had, what a joke😩🤷🏻‍♂️

Is it a vibration or a balance issue? Dumb it down for everyone
I believe it was a vibration causing the balance issue, it vibrated so bad I had to readjust side mirrors a few times a week. The issue was unresolved!

I believe hydrogen peroxide cleans those stains pretty well. Do a search, but I seem to remember a soaked rag of peroxide and just wipe the whole area until it's wet. Not kidding, but do a little research first.
