Noises that I eliminated in my truck...Very easy to do.
1 - Sunroof Velcro Clips. Pulled the headliner down...did not remove...slid the clips out of the headliner, padded the back...reinserted
2 - Folded rear seats forward. Unbolted Subwoofer...did not remove...padded behind mounting points, tightened back down
3 - While seat was folded forward...found loose module at the floor beneath center console against cab wall. Double sided taped it
4 - Rear window rattled...was wire inside the channel on passenger side vibrating...ran bead of black RTV in the channel
All rattles/vibrations eliminated. 30 min max to resolve all. NO DEALER to mess up my truck. Super Quiet for 4K miles. Love it.
Should it have been delivered quiet...of course...30 minutes to resolve all my issues, no 2 day frustrating unresolved dealer visit...Bonus
Having that similar rattle from what seems like the center speaker area over bumps.
You guys ever get that resolved?
It's not all the time. Just certain kind of sudden ridges. Like large cracks in the road. I'll try to figure it out.Hi wildh24,
We're sorry to hear about this. Please feel free to send us a private message if you decide to have your dealer look into this. We are happy to assist during that process.

That one is ready to pop off. Just use a plastic trim tool and pry it up.Has anyone removed the dash center speaker grille/cover? I've got a rattle that just started. Goes away when pushed down or placing credit card/drivers license in between. Probably an easy fix if I can get cover off.

Yes, I was nervous too. If you can get a wide putty knife, you might be better off...you don't have to go deep, hold up what you can with finger, and pry opposite side. I've taken mine on and off 4 times. Ended up putting 2 sided foam tape (only using adhesive on one side) on the circles you'll see and small pieces on the raised panels near the clips. I'll add a picture tomorrow.I tried with a trim tool and felt like I was going to break it, I guess I just needed to keep prying?

. I just popped it off again, sounds bad when 18 degrees out, just lift up steadily, keep it level (it has some flex), and you'll hear them "snap" loose...notice the green adhesive tape pieces I put on.Thanks! I assume you used a plastic putty knife? I would really appreciate you taking a pic, it seems like a super easy fix.

For the life of me I could not figure that dang little rattle, but the revision has worked this far...Thank you! You were right, the wider plastic tool definitely helped and it popped right off.

Did the foam tape solve the rattle noise?. I just popped it off again, sounds bad when 18 degrees out, just lift up steadily, keep it level (it has some flex), and you'll hear them "snap" loose...notice the green adhesive tape pieces I put on.

Mines been very quiet since i looked into and eliminated the nuisance rattles. Some felt and rubber absorbers in a few key areas would have made this truck better than any foreign or domestic car I've ever been in. QC should have addressed them...is what it is, but i've been able to chase them all down and 5,900 miles into it, all is very good. This is on my to-do list soon. mine sounds like it's coming from the passenger side rear seat and I'm still not sure if it's anything I have under the seats OR if it's the car itself. Gonna take everything out of it and take a drive this weekend.
I'm glad that I'm able to be this picky about how quiet a truck is - they really stepped up their game with these things
