Rambox/E-torque order tracking

What is so hard to understand about " 2000 Rambox Equipped trucks are BUILT, IN STORAGE, and WILL NOT SHIP until they are reworked, and that will only happen when they have " engineered a solution". THERE IS NO SOLUTION YET!!! Gosh, this is not hard to understand at all- there are NONE in "transit" and the guy here who thinks he is going to get his in 48 hours is WRONG. This came from the Area Rep. This is NOT a rumor, or is it FAKENEWS ( it was not reported on CNN ) I am cancelling my order and will wait til next year. I don't want a truck that they have this many manufacturing issues and for the amopunt of money I was paying, I don't want to endure their "learning curve " . . As much as I love the idea of the truck, the reality is that they don't know what they are doing, and I did not order my truck in may only to receive it in October, if then. Further, I agree with the guy here that said he did not want a truck that had sat outside that long. I will keep my 2013 Longhorn and enjoy it- everything works, and it does have working well engineered RAMBOX on it. Maybe next year RAM.

I think at this point the next step is to start a pool and make your bets on who is right?!

Well, how about this. My truck with Rambox is KZ and not at the plant or in the town, it's at a rail yard. Let's make a bet. I'm in Maryland, if I get my truck in the next two weeks, you send me a congrats letter with $10 in it and post on this forum that not all Ramboxes are on hold and that you were wrong. If I dont get it till September because the plant went to the rail yard, shipped it back to the storage facility, regressed it back from KZ to JS status and had to rework a truck they already invoiced and shipped out, I'll send you $5 and post on this site that you are the most reliable source for up to date news on FCA operations. Deal?

Kramersp, do you still have access to your window sticker online? I had it and now its no longer available since I refreshed the page. That's not a good sign.

What's the link again?

Derailment in Pittsburgh, autoracks in yard (doesn't happen, we don't inspect them) More rail delays...bad times to need something shipped. Hopefully they will get the derailment cleaned soon and these will be on their way.

Sorry for the terrible pic...it is real hazy here today.
Those are auto racks behind the coal cars...just so you can get an idea of how big they are...and these are the small ones. About 2 coal cars per one autorack...

For what it's worth. I stopped at my dealer today. They checked and the only restriction they are showing at this time for the Rambox option is that they can't be ordered for stock, only confirmed sold orders.

@sgk your truck is in Grand Marais.
Where is that, what do you use to track it, i don't see that on Mots? But thank you for the update, is there a possibility i get mine before yours now?

Ok so its in Ontario now, just a few hours away from me. Sorry Kramersp, I'm going to get mine first. :)

It safe to say ram boxes are being shipped I highly doubt they will take mine from Ontario and send it back to storage in Michigan. Im pretty excited unless it comes and they're in some way defected.

Well I wasjust at dealer for oil change and I was walking sales floor and talked to my salesman, there was a ram training class going on and after I spoke with the ram rep with my salesman asked her aboutthe ram box she knows about the delay I asked her how long and when ttrucks would be build and start moving she made a phone call and came back to me and said "it could take a little while"
