Thank you. Right after I submitted my post I noticed the "Resources" tab and it was plain as day. I purchased a2015 Ecodiesel and I believe at that time you could track on Ramtrucks.com. I didn't see that option anymore.

I can track thru every work station from start to finish...should have it next week

If you receive a truck next week that was ordered on 10/31, I'm pretty sure that would smash all records.

It might be one the dealer had already in the pipeline everything else I call shenanigans... plus one built today is nowhere near being delivered next week in Canada... that would be a two week lead time...

This sounds plausible

When the dealer called me in and wanted me to turn in my leased truck, they asked for what I was looking for, and mentioned they could make SOME alterations to orders already in the pipeline.
Turns out I wanted things like ramboxes, sound system, and Level 2 and all that, but without air suspension, e-torque, or a moonroof. At that point they were like, "Alright custom order is your best route."

Perhaps he had a build realllly close to what they had on order?

Talked to Craig last night and he said he is expecting 3 ordered trucks in addition to mine to all arrive around the same time and possibly same day. Assume yours is one of the 3. He expects them by the end of the month and perhaps a little sooner. FIngers crossed!

just saw on the tracking spreadsheet my order was updated to “Railcar Released by Consignee”. Any idea what this means and when I can expect my truck to be delivered?

Your truck has been loaded on a rail car and is looking for engine. It is almost on its way. It usually takes 1-2 weeks from this point, weather permitting

For what its worth to people waiting for eTorque to become available to order -- a (conscientious) sales person from a nearby dealership called me today, to let me know that eTorque was available to order again. YMMV but wanted to share that tidbit.

Just ordered mine today. How to I get info about my build status? My salesman said he’s never ordered anything before. Should I wait a few weeks and bug him? What do I ask for and how can I track if?
