I don't want much, is just like to walk along with my truck in the factory to make sure employees are happy, fed, and content on making mine the best off the assembly lineRAM Chat seems to only be able to tell you:
a) are parts available
b) is it in scheduling
c) it is being built
d) it's built pending accessories
e) in shipping
So over the course of 8 to 10 weeks there are only 5 statuses they can tell you and any hope of getting more details just becomes frustrating

KZ shipped. window sticker showed up yesterday. Funny, the towing guide server recognized my vin before the window sticker server didJB for me. Wonder what's done at the 'Vendor' for a Limited? Bedliner? Exterior details?
Ram sure seems to treat you Canada guys like red-headed stepchildren. It really doesn't make sense. You would think customer service is customer service. Good luck with your order, it will eventually be worth waiting for.Wish we had ram chat in Canada. All they give us is a phone number and they can’t do anything without a vin. Caught a ram chat agent off guard once and she was able to track status off my VON, any other time trying they notice I’m in Canada and won’t do anything for me. Ordered March 10, March 18 ram chat said BX status, but that was the last time they would help me. Not knowing anything is killing me, dealer said they won’t know anything until the vin shows up in the system.
You folks in the US don’t know how good you have it.
