If the one from Feb 11th is good until March 31st you should be able to get FCA to extend it until your truck comes in if you ordered one already. Might even ask them even if you haven't.

I asked about extending the incentive expiration when I was online w/ RamChat today. The representative told me to contact their incentives team directly at 1-800-227-0757 and "they will be able to look into this for you". I'm not sure whether this would be better than having the dealership request an extended date. Has anyone actually gotten Ram to extend the date on an incentive email?
