Sorry, you’ve got a 2500 (I’m tracking 5th Gen 1500’s). That’s an HD (4th Gen), and it’s built on a different timeline. I believe those are starting next Monday (8/9). And in a different factory, I think.

Sorry, that was wrong vehicle description. I have two orders.
It is 2022 RAM Limited 4x4, order date and the vin were correct ones.

Hey, I just walked in and looked at my phone and found a text from my fleet sales guy that "you'll be burning gas this week!!". So it's on the water, and it will be ours Wednesday or Thursday.

I'll get you added. But FYI, the date doesn't sound right - your VIN marries up to a 7/31 date. I'm going to put you in on 7/31.

I was thinking the same thing. sounds like the dealer sat on their hands to actually order it, and then sat on their hands again providing him with the VIN

Well, most of the converted Canadian orders (that I know of) are lumped into two tiny piles of VINs. I suspect that these weren't done by dealers but by Stellantis.
First pile:

Why not ship the new car ? " I want to inspect and take delivery at the dealership just in case something isn't quite right. Also don’t want any transport issues/damage…..And then there’s the cost of shipping." Pretty much exactly this. My wife and i were planning a trip to Tenessee and SC...

Just hears from a coworker his 21' DS fleet order got to the dealer last week. He placed his order in February.
Mine says the exact time in the morning that they placed my order. Which was just after they got off the phone with me to get my deposit I think.

Getting closer, woke up to an email from our fleet guy with a quote from their trusted shop in town (Honolulu) to PPF the front, hood, bumper, ceramic the windows then clay bar, correction then ceramic the whole thing for $4k with XPEL platinum, Autobahn and fusion plus products, we are also adding an extended warranty for the truck plus my wife's 20' Mazda cx 5, also might get her paint done too, and then add a synthetic maintenance plan for the truck. I was thinking of doing this myself and get the warranties online, and would probably save a bunch. My plan is to pay off the truck cash and use the 0% for 48 to pay for all this, so I am paying the extra for the financing and throwing the dealership a bone for the fantastic experience. Should be picking up the truck on Friday morning at the dealership in Kaneohe. I told the guy I would meet him on the pier. RELAX, as I hope my friends in the 2022 orders group will do. It will take time but 102 days 14.5 weeks, I was expecting 19 or 20 weeks per the fleet guy "5 or 6 months". Relax and later.

It will come, when it does let me know what has held it up. I hope they put a plaque on the tailgate "The Last 2021 Order Built". We never had our own group, since there are only 2 or 3 of us on here. Never felt part of April 2021 Orders and the 2022 orders are asking "where their trucks are" and "when am I going to be out of D status" for the next 2 months. So I am glad I went through then last of 21's with you Croaker. Maybe that is what we should call our group "The Last of the 21's". Later and good luck.

Just curious to see how many 2021 Ram 1500 Sport orders from ontario made in Jan, Feb, March or April actually got built and shipped to dealers...or have they all been bumped to 22s....lets hear some experiences out there...
