Yeah, got the Build Sheet today, but still no window sticker.

My window sticker didn’t generate until the day it shipped.

I just got a message from Craig at Koons that my truck showed up there today. I'll be picking it up on Friday, so my total timeline from order to pick-up is 13 weeks.
11/27: Ordered
11/19: VIN
12/05: D1 status
12/18: provisional build date reported as 12/23
01/02: back in D status
01/09: back in D1 status
02/05: In production
02/08: Build Sheet available
02/09: Window sticker available
02/19: RamCare email that my truck has finished the transit process (for folks info this only means that it has finsihed the rail transit, and still may need to be transported from the railyard to the dealer.
02/23: Dealer received the truck
02/26: Projected final delivery

I ordered it 12/16/2020 and it was dropped off at the dealership this past Saturday, Feb 20th for a total delivery time of 9.5 weeks. That's good considering the plant is shut down for 2 weeks at the end of the year.

I can't wait to pick it up this coming Saturday. They send me some pics.

Another day no information. I was supposed to get a call from a CC specialist within one business day after my call on Saturday. It’s now Wednesday and it seems they don’t have my number or something, no call. I have case number and no one knows jack....

Then give them a call with your case number demanded a call back or update on your vehicle. Stay on them if they don't respond.

Just chatted with Ramchat. All parts are in and should be entering the "Build Stage" very shortly. FINALLY! Ordered on 1/15. Must have ordered some hard to get options. LOL.

A lot of us are in that stage right now. Not sure how fast once it is part of that stage it will take to actually start building but some were saying 3 weeks.

i ordered a week before you, the time seems fine for your order. people who ordered in December are still waiting so we can't really complain too much

I've seen people post actual locations of their truck as the train makes its progress. How are people seeing this information? My truck was loaded onto the train and shipped on Monday. Just trying to get an idea as to when to best expect. (shipping to St Louis area). When I message RamChat, all i get is "it has been shipped and my ETA is 2/23-3/9"

Ram chat just told me that mine is in the "shipping stage" whatever that really means!? So, not sure if it has actually been shipped or just being prepped to ship. Estimated dealer arrival date is 3/1-3/15.

I was in "shipping stage" for a couple of weeks with no ETA. Once it was loaded onto the train, that's when they provided the ETA. They were also able to confirm to me that it was on the train. Safe bet to say yours is on its way now.

That seems about right, based on my experience. Dealer had said that it was supposed to get built the first week of Feb., but it didn't actually enter production until about the 3rd week or so. Mine's still not done, the dealer said on Monday the 22nd that "it's currently on it's way to the body vendor. It is in JBP status". Ordered 12/14/20

yeah they tell you bs to get you off the phone i herd the same line 23 days ago all my parts were in on 2-1-21 & they said it would be built very soon im still waiting to get built now they said it could take up to 31 days to hit the assembly line after parts are in or at least thats todays answer . every chat person gives me a different time line.

I am on 15th day of that "entering the build stage very soon" line as well. I decided to call customer service and a live rep told me that the truck was built already but is not finished due to parts delays. She said dealer has more info. She could not give more info, but it sounded more like not allowed to say more. Thinking of having the salesman at my dealership escalate to have someone call in and see what's up. The chat is useless!

Welp, just got the call from Aaron that the truck arrived at dealer today. Ordered 12/28 to delivery 02/24. 8 weeks and 2 days. HOWEVER, now I have to get it from Mark Dodge in Louisiana to the Bay Area of California so those days will have to be added in. Bummer. Paperwork tomorrow.

Placed an order on January 18th and have nothing but a vin to this point. RAM chat reports still locating parts. Where does one find one of these $1000 promos spoken of in this chat.? Is it just pure luck while on the website, or did you sign up to receive promotional through RAM. Thanks!
