Order Tracking

Just signed up at jeepGarage as well. The site is a little hard to navigate but im sure I'll get used to it. The main guy responded to my tracking PM at 4:30 in the morning so, awesome response time.

I've got a shortcut to the 2019 tracking thread on my phone and a tab left open in Google Chrome. All you need to do is refresh the tab...

(y). Now I've just got to wait until Monday to call FCA Incentives to see if I have a mailer headed my way (despite no brochures I've requested over the last month actually making it to my mailbox).

Hopefully your tips on that issue (brochures / requesting info on stock dealer vehicles) have worked and they'll have one.
 
Order placed on 5/25.
Confirmed VIN and D1 status today (6/2).
"Estimated Ship Date" of 6/15.

That last date is just wishful thinking, right?
 
Does the dealer have different info on build status from jeepgarage forum or ramtrucks.com? I ordered on 5/5/18 and went in D1 status on 5/18/18. Jeepgarage has me in D1. Ramtrucks has me in D1 and all parts in, just need to be scheduled to build. My dealer, Dennis Dillon, said on Friday the 1st that my truck is all built and awaiting to get to a rail. Who has the most accurate info?

I’d go by what RAM customer service says. My dealer also told me my truck was built last week which is a load of BS. It’s still in D1 waiting.

Everyone “typically” seems to be sitting in D1 for 20-30+ days. Anything earlier than that out of D1 is a gift from the good lord.
 
Your build sheet with pull up about 2 days after the build, the window sticker 3 days after.

I was told on 06/01 from Ram (twice) and my dealer that I was in D1.

JeepGarage still has me in D. It does say on JeepGarage that sometimes it won't show D1 until the build starts so I guess I will hang my hat on that. But frustrating....
 
Checked again today with RAM customer service. Was once again told that I can’t due anything until 45 days past my order date.

I asked why I had been told multiple times in the past I could do something after 30 days in D1. The guy said I was given bad info and that has never been the case.

Thing is I was probably told that 10+ times while in D1 that I just need to wait to 30 days and I know numerous people on here were told the same.

Very disappointed that it seems like they recently changed the escalation point probably because they are running into a massive back log.

I really just hope at this point I can get my truck in under 12 weeks now. I didn’t order a single late availability item either. Wonder if it has anything to do with the Limited trim. I haven’t seen anyone else mention recently their Limited got out of D1.

I'm getting the same runaround from customer service on mine...i haven't even made it to D1 yet.


I can see at least one Limited on MOST that's in KZ status
 
It’s odd that there are so many Limiteds on dealer lots, yet you’re waiting this long.

Yea no clue why. Ordered on 4/28 and D1 since 5/08.

Just stalled since then.
