Same boat as you, mine left from the New Boston, MI railyard on 4/11, no news until 4/22 where it now is in "KZT, second rail" status. I've seen a dozen other people in my area of PA on this thread say that the process from leaving MI until it got to the Twin oaks PA yard took a day. But apparently this time, it's taken 14 days and every day I check, they push out the arrival another day, it's likely sitting lost on some side track, waiting for an engine, or some hopper load of mulch to get out of its way.I have a problem with FCA's BS destination/shipping/delivery charge of $ 1,695.00. Ostensibly, this charge is standard fare across the board (except AK & HI) for the Ram 1500. If you reside 10 miles or 3,000 miles from Sterling Heights, the charge is the same. If it takes three days or three months to ship, the charge is the same. My vehicle is sitting 40 minutes away at the rail yard for 8 days. It has been in transit for more than two weeks. I believe this is unreasonable and unnecessary. I think it is criminal extortion to have a non-negotiable, mandatory destination fee attached to vehicle sales without clear parameters for (under) performance of service. Dealerships should be allowed to hold-back destination charges for poor performance and pass those savings on to the customer for the inconvenience.
My dealer received my truck on Tuesday morning and had in ready to go in a couple of hours. I spoke to my salesman that morning and he had called the rail yard to get my truck marked "hot" so that it would get on a truck as soon as possible and then he arranged with the dealership's service department to expedite the stocking and PDI process. The issue is with your dealership and I would be making a call to the General Manager to find out what the delay is.Would anyone share their experience in how long the PDI process took, or rather, the time it took from the point your truck was delivered to when you could pick it up? Pending visual confirmation, the sales rep believes my truck has been delivered, and if it has, he said it could take 3-4 days before being ready for me to pick up. Seemed a bit excessive, but, more so, made me curious about the general process.
Checked with my dealer and the rebates right now in April are almost $1500.00 more than they were in March, which is when I ordered and had my rebates locked in, if rebates go down for May in a week, I lose out on Cash
I asked again yesterday and they confirmed it was either when you ordered or when you took delivery, you don't get to take advantage of anything in between. I would love to be able to prove him wrong though. Are you sure? When I ordered, dealer (Canada) told me I get the lower price; either what I ordered it at, or if incentives go up even more by the time it arrives I get those as well.

When you order you can "lock in" the rebates at the time of ordering. Not sure if that's a US only thing, but it's a checkbox the dealer hits when placing a sold order. It’s usually when delivered.

My truck has finally seen movement last few days. So very Excited they are saying May 2nd delivery but hopefully it will get here sooner. Not sure what the rebates are gonna do come May.nothing changed as of 4/22/19 yet, still in D1, I see some ordered after me and already got there trucks!!
I was at dealer for oil change on 200C Wednesday, left for lunch while they completed work, and came back to dealer with GM calling out to greet me. He took me around back to see a filthy Limited that arrived about 15 minutes before. It was my truck! Set up appointment for next day (which is today) for 2pm. Arrived at 2pm, left by 3:30pm with a clean, shiny, Delmonico Red Limited with 33 gallons of gas. Even got an extra $500 rebate that was not available when we ordered on 4/1/19.Would anyone share their experience in how long the PDI process took, or rather, the time it took from the point your truck was delivered to when you could pick it up? I got my VIN number today. The truck was ordered about a week ago. When I enter my last name and the last 8 characters of the VIN, the website appears to be stuck, just thinking. It did this a couple of times for over 5 minutes each time. Anyone else had this issue?
