New here...ordered a Power Wagon on 3-26-19
How do I access RAM Chat...?
Looking for info on my build.
I've called twice, not a lot of info.

Well i ordered 3-26-19...been in D1 for 18 days Chat SAID...could be there for 30 days...wth...!

If you take the black/dark brown leather on a lonhhorn it will be less engraved.
Around Q3 2018, you could for each leather on a longhorn choose if engraved or not, was no more the case once i ordered.

edit: just got the picture from my RAM arrived at the dealer!

Congrats! Mine is still not here, it's stuck at a rail depot... less than 30Km from here.

I also ordered on 3/25....I was in D1 for a while (until 4/10), then my truck was built in 2 days...now in KZ status so awaiting shipment. It seems like most people are getting their trucks in about 6 weeks.

Instead of using the Chat feature, try calling FCA directly. I think you'll get much more up to date information. I put my order in on 3/22 and it was built by 4/9. I've had a couple of people on my calls to FCA to check the status who were very helpful.

So as of 4/12 my truck is built and is in the "Shipping Phase" Ram Chat said they can't give me anymore information until it arrives at the dealer. I live in Virginia. Any guess how long before I get my hands on it?

Is there a way to track it on its way to my dealer? I called the dealer but they didn't give me much information other than to say it could take a month to arrive.

Shouldn't be that long. 1500s are built in Michigan. Mine is being built in Mexico (Power Wagon) I expect the up to month delivery time to be from there. Some have seen their trucks in less than a week. It is all about distance.

Mine has been in the shipping phase for 3 weeks, still no ETA. You will only enjoy it more when it arrives, don't stress the wait.

So....in Trim last night, Stage "I" today.
Build complete, awaiting Inspection per CHAT.
So that's 2.5 days to build...still no word if the Bed Liner has been sprayed or side steps installed.

Still waiting for delivery, but my window sticker was recently provided and I did not see that little bit of specialness.

I was completely surprised on how fast this went. It is 2 hours away. I probably won't pick it up until the 27th.

It only states SOLD.
