I agree, I feel it takes a little longer to get cold. I'm at 400 miles, ok one other thing I have noticed is that what ever smell is out side, I smell it inside, weather it be fresh cut grass, or the car in front of me with poor emissions, or even a big rig exhaust.. I will look into this one with a dealer visit
Is it on recirculate.?

Do you have it on auto. If so it regulates temperature in cabin and will turn itself on and off as it needs to achieve the desired temperature? Just asking because I though the same thing but it was shown to me in a fca book that it does this and even uses your key fob to indicate your preferences that are stored. You can always re-do your key fob by using the settings buttons on your door

What really helped me was buying a front window shade. It really kept the initial cool off reasonable. I’d also crack the windows for a bit to get the extremely hot air out.

I hit a cool off period in Texas. Still having a 94 degree day here and there but the truck seems to be handling those better now. Won’t really know until next summer.

Anyways the shade was a huge benefit for me . I got it from amazon. They have it for the ram specifically

Hi @19RamLimited,

I understand that it has been several months, however, as of today, 2/15, there has been a TSB released that sounds similar to the concerns that you are describing. As the Customer Care Team, we are unable to diagnose your vehicle and confirm that this will apply to your Ram, however, we highly recommend that you discuss the following Technical Service Bulletin with your servicing Ram dealer:

Someone had mentioned this in a post, but it was a few pages in and not easily findable, so my question is. This is my first crew cab, and first dark colored vehicle. It lives in the sun while I'm at work and the AC has really been underwhelming. Now, it has been sunny and 92 degrees, but I just drove it for 15 minutes in city and on the highway and I cannot get it to feel "cool" in the cab. I really am not the kind to complain about much, but I have a 9 month old and my wife has been pretty particular on keeping him alive and im guessing hard boiling him is also out of the question. So is this something that just goes hand in hand with have a bigger, dark colored vehicle (my gut says no with the amount of black escalades/denalis that are in this town) and additionally, is this an issue that other 19' owners are having (ie. RamCares should pass up the food chain to have someone check the AC process on the assembly line?). Any input would help, I only hesitate to bring it in because my dealer is 90 minutes away...so I'll be bringing it to a dealer that did not win my business locally. Cheers
Check for a big difference in the right and left vent temperature..... This is one of the things the dealer looks for as justification to work on the AC
