Navigation App Crashing

I just got a ram 1500 limited and have the same issue

So my 2023 Ram 1500 Longhorn was doing this. Found something on another forum which user posted he deleted his profile and readded a new profile and it solved the issue. I tried that and sure enough it fixed my problem. Of course you do have to set up your profile again.

Does anyone know how to free up some nav storage? @RamCares maybe?
I was updating maps via USB to 2023.12 release and it died because of 30 min timeout.
Now I have no nav at all, when I hit nav button it says to enter USB, and when I do it to upload maps, it says that there is not enough free storage space available. So catch 22.
I did the factory reset, two times, or more, and have only one profile, with no luck.
