Spends too much time on here
2nd the lithium battery jumper. Haven't had the need for the Ram but did help someone else. There was a point where I would not drive the Ram for a couple weeks. It was a problem and had to keep it on a battery tender. I drive it more often now and do not have any issues. In addition my experience with Mopar batteries has not been good.Do a search and you will find a good amount of information on bad batteries and batteries having to be replaced prematurely. You'll also find a fair amount of information on modules not going to sleep etc. and draining the batteries. Some people say if you aren't planning on driving the truck for a few days or longer throw a battery tender on it.
The replacement batteries might not have been charged all the way when new. Depending on how far you drove they might not gotten charged all the way however 11.1 is pretty low. Out of curiosity which battery was down, the main or aux?
I am paranoid about getting stuck someplace with a dead/low battery so I carry a lithium battery jump pack in my truck.
