Motofab 2.5” leveling kit installed

Wanting to level soon.. 2020 Rebel. Rake right now how it sits is 1.75” lower in the front. Do I go with a 2” or a 1.5” spacer?.. Of course my luck I’m sitting in the middle

I would definitly go 2" you could always put a wafer in the rear later if it is off too much , I went with a 2.5 lift spacer but actually only got 2" maybe 2 and a quarter , front spacers are actually smaller then the lift you end up with because of geometry of suspension , so I lost close to 1/2 inch in the geometry somehow even though I check the spacer thickness twice and it was what it was suppose to be , I think the spacer measured 1-5/8" to get 2.5" lift ok good luck

I put the MotoFab 2" level kit on my 2020 1500 Bighorn 4X4 and it looks great, but the directions had very limited info on torque values when putting the front end back together. Does anyone have or know where I can find these values? Specifically:

Upper Control Arm Bolts / Nuts
Upper Ball Joint Nut
Tie Rod Ball Joint Nut
Lower Shock Mount Bolt / Nut
Sway Bar Links
Brake Caliper Bolts

Any help is greatly appreciated

I just purchased the Motofab 2.5 inch level kit. Also got the amp research bed step. not the biggest fan of the bumper design on these trucks. I like what GM did with the integrated bed step.

Considering the motofab 3inch front and 2inch rear kit? Anyone running that, im planning on putting 35s on my factory 22s
I am also planning to install this kit (already purchased), along with RC UCA's on my '22 Rebel. I would also like to know if anyone has any experience with this kit.

I have a 2021 Rebel, I’m also planning to install the MotoFab DR-3F-2R (3” front & 2” rear spacers) with the Rough Country 31402 Upper Control Arms, along with new Rough Country 23161_J rear shocks (designed for 1-3” of rear lift). Since the Rebels have a factory 1” of lift, I would also like to know if anyone has installed this much lift in the front, and I want to know if the angle is too much on the front drive axles. Thanks! Jason

That will be a total of 4” lift in the front, 3” from spacers and 1” from the spring. Cv angles will be absolutely terrible and likely to blow out.

I think the reason we don’t see those is because there wouldn’t be enough stud length with the 1” spacer for companies to feel safe liability-wise. You can’t offset studs 180 either without having to cut off too much length of the studs.

true i found some that say they are half a inch but give 1 inch of lift… i dont wanna max out mt fox 2.5 suspension so was thinking of doing 2 inchs on my fox and 1 inch spacers

I'm planning on going with the 2" Motofab leveling kit (not ORP so will keep factory UCA). Any idea what size/width tires I can go up to that won't rub?

I just had this kit installed last weekend and am VERY happy with it so far. I went with Yokohama Geolandar 295/65/r20 tires on 20x9 +10 offset wheels.

This kit left me with a little more than 1" of rake, which is what I wanted because I tow a TT fairly often.20220108_094137.jpg

are the claims of preserving factory ride comfort pretty real world? One of my local shops won't do a level kit like this - but only wants to sell a BDS fox Coilover kit. Overkill for me and $4k to boot. A couple other shops would likely install these tho. I just don't want to jeopardize ride quality on the road but going "cheap" altho maybe - "great value" is the way to look at it. Also - I am looking at the 2inch front and 1 inch rear. About $148 with that setup. THANKS!

You’re not locked into your choice for life. If you don’t like the spacers, you can always get something else and sell the spacers.

wisdom ! yep - could try this to start and if I don't like it... moving on up. Im really trying not to overthink it, as I want to lift/level, preserve or if possible enhance ride but it all comes at some cost...

I did notice a bit of a different feel after installing the 3"/2" kit, HOWEVER, I also had new wheels and MUCH bigger tires installed at the same time. I went from the stock trash tires on 18" stock wheels, to Yokohama Geolandar G015 295/65/r20 tires on 20x9 +10 offset wheels. Even after all these changes, I am still quite happy with the ride quality of my RAM.
