Good question... this is all they can refer to when I continue to bring up the fact that even after 20 minutes I still have water. Now ram corporate will not do anything because they take the word of the dealership. Complete BS

I’m having the same issue

Wooohooo! It worked. Took months of complaining and calling FCA BUT IT WORKED! They’re replacing both headlights. Hopefully this fixes the issue. Guess will find out next winter!

It fixed it on mine. Ran it through car wash when it was still cold outside and so far so good. Good luck!

I would've thought FCA would have gotten a hold of this headlight issue by now, my 16 RAM Laramie had both headlights replaced due to excessive moisture and now my 19 is going on it's 3rd passenger headlight (LED). First one was so bad it distorted the light pattern at night and then the light actually shorted out completely. Second one was good until the first time it rained then it pooled up inside and hasn't gone away since, hopefully the 3rd time is the charm!

Anyone else have this issue. I bought my truck a month ago, and just noticed that the inside of the lens is accumulating moisture, which means they aren't sealed very well. I would think this would be a warranty issue? I have a Laramie with the LED lighting group.
Part of the issue these days is that LEDs don’t get hot enough to “dry” out the lens. I noticed some moisture in the bottom of my driver’s side light, right when I got home from the dealer.

However, it did dry out and hasn’t been a problem since. I did turn on my DLRs and I think there is enough heat with them on all the time to keeps the moisture at bay.

Its a total crock to make people go to the lengths of using desiccant or any other remedy other than replacement. GM learned their lesson the hard way with the Cadillac SRX headlight moisture issue. Lawsuit after lawsuit and now they are "voluntarily" offering replacements. I told the Ram service guy when they were wavering about replacing mine that if I got in an accident at night because the lights were dim from moisture, I would own their dealership. So whats cheaper replace the lights or a lawsuit? No brainer decision there.

Something like this? All this is on the inside. Both are the same. View attachment 7227
I know I’m beyond late but i just started having the same problem, I realized when I was driving at night I thought I had a cracked headlight, I got home and checked it out. I can’t catch a break with this truck first it’s the active grille shutter check engine light then this, any suggestions?

Warranty 100%. All you have to say is this is a safety issue and i want it replaced ASAP. That's what I told them and they took care of it quickly and without argument.

Well I have an appointment setup at the dealer first thing Friday morning we’ll see how it goes. They were somewhat cleared up this morning but now they’re just as bad as they were last night.

My lights have this. Less than 1000 miles.
