I guess it happens, poor quality control or who knows but its a first for me out of the dozen vehicles ive owned and of course this one being the most expensive.

2020 Rebel here (5200 miles) same moisture in both mine.

2020 1500 Laramie sport. Have moisture in both headlights. But since it's -40 out, it's now frost in both headlights. Only 10,000km

I had this happen on my 2012 Cadillac SRX. There was a lawsuit and GM agreed to replace both headlight assemblies. Since they were the adaptive versions the cost was about 3k out of my pocket then GM took their time and sent me my money about 3 months later.

72 miles on my 2021 Longhorn and the left turn signal is out, left headlight out, and left steering directed headlight out. Housing has more condensation than a hot shower.

Local Dealer (not who I bought from) was supposed to take it tomorrow and then called with some nonsense that it is electrical and no one is in who can do that so I need to wait until next Tuesday.

This is 1980s Chrysler K-car nonsense. The truck is so nice I convinced myself this kind of basic quality stuff couldn’t possibly be an issue in 2021. Only took 72 miles to learn my lesson the hard way.

72 miles then wait two weeks and I bet I’ll get some nonsense “it’s dry now and lights burn out so that’ll be $600 please.”

That does suck ! But it shouldn't cost you a cent , it'll be covered under the 36/3 warranty . Still sucks that it has to go in to get serviced though .

Make sure you tell the dealer this is a SAFETY issue and should be repaired immediately. Tell them because of the moisture the headlight effectiveness is severely reduced to almost nothing.

The headlight straight up does not work. Not just reduced due to moister, does not come on at all. Except at random it flashes/flickers.

One of mine failed too and the dealer immediately replaced it. It also had tons of moisture in it before it finally failed.
