Lowered the rear 2" last night.

15232FF9-807F-4CCC-B804-F87B96F7109D.pngThis is the look I’m going for. Come Xmas/tax return time I’m getting some either 20x10 -24 or 20x12 -44 with 305/50 nitto 420s. I can’t wait. I’m getting the truck tinted this weekend also, I’ll be sure to post pictures.

I installed my lowering springs last night. 2wd crew cab, short bed. Got pretty much spot on 2” of drop right out of the box. Has anyone noticed any more settling of the springs over time? A little more drop? I’m at about 1-1.25” of rake now which I’m 100% ok with. Love the look and how it drives.
No settling that I can see, has maintained the stance just fine.IMG_20190812_134733.jpg

How many miles have you put on it since the install? Any hauling of any sort? Either way, I love the look and 100% happy having an inch of rake still.

I believe I've run about 3000 miles on it so far, but really haven't done any major hauling.

idk if mine settled any. Maybe a little bit my passenger side was higher by 3/4” than drivers so I cut about a coil off passenger side and now they pretty close but may have brought both side sides down a little.

Reading thru this thread and about the cutting off coils, it crossed my mind but I’m still skeptical. There’s about 1/4” difference between my driver and passenger side rear. I’m not that ocd so it doesn’t bother me. My fronts are exact, no difference. I may, just may, think about cutting a little coil front and rear once I get my new wheels and tires and see what fitment is like.

I haven’t looked at the front closely but I would like to drop it down about an inch.

they are 22x9. If you have air ride suspension and entry assist it lowers the front at least an inch I thought. Crawl under the truck when it’s in that position and look at the clearance. I’m fairly certain it could take an inch with no issues.

I bought these through Accessory Partners.
Part number is 272920
They only cost me $148.14 shipped.
Made in USA and are a great 2" progressive lowering spring.
Thanks for the kind replies, I think the truck looks much better.

Yours still ride ok
Same if not slightly better then stock. I’ve always lifted my trucks so I’ve been used to a worse ride after mods. But I love the lowered level on this truck. I’m also happy to say that I’ve experienced a slight bump in mpg on the lieometer during normal cruising.

Just installed my springs (and fenderwell liners) yesterday. Made a nice - but not dramatic - difference in the stance. Wish I could lower the front by about an inch, but I do need it to still be useful as a truck, so I don't want to get carried away.
I bought the bags when I bought my springs, but I haven't installed them. I looked at the rubber snubbers on the frame, and I can't tell that they've ever even contacted the axle. But I've got 'em if I need them.
Also... the fenderwell liners are probably more annoying to install than the springs. Freaking "azz-paper thin" (sorry), wobbly pieces of plastic. If I were Mopar, I'd be ashamed.
I'll try to post pics, later on.

Thanks for the help got my springs install did y’all leave the rubber on top of springs mine didn’t seem to fit very good with new springs

Yes you need to use the rubber. I took the rubber out and put grease in it then on top the spring to hold it then put them in place.
