I recommend no money down on a lease, you're just prepaying the rent.

Could you guys post either lease worksheets or breakdowns . Including dealer discounts & incentives . That will help a lot of people out!

Forgot to mention my deal included three month remaining payoff and disposition fee on a Silverado - about $1,600 included as well. I’ll look for my lease sheet and share.

Just picked up last night 2019 Laramie 1500 Dark Forest Green (2 tone), $55,850 MSRP. $44,500 but with taxes, dealer Handling, and fees out the door $46,382.90.
$474/month
I decided to put down $7k ( I know this isn't a good idea since i'm just paying it upfront but don't want the wifey to get mad.) That brought the car down to $269/month.

Only problem is if you total that car there goes 7k right away, because you do not “own” the vehicle . 474 was a fine deal overall!

I get that so hopefully I won't total this car for the first 2 years...! After that it's free game right? haha

So you think the $474 was a good deal?

I would of signed at 474. Looking at a 60k MSRP Laramie shooting for mid/low 500s but I’ll probably sign at 575.

You did good though. Post some pics of that thing !

$0 out of pocket/down
Payment = $520 per month

What was Chrysler's residual factor, years, and mileage limit?

FYI, there is a hard to find forum at edmunds with some admins that will pull the tier 1 rates for you if you post model, trim, cab, zip, months, and miles. They can give you RV, MF, and incentives.

Picked up my Laramie last week before rebates ended for October since they seemed solid. Was going to buy but decided to lease since the price was solid and I don't keep vehicles very long. I'll have to dig out the paperwork but my tier/money factor was not fantastic with a 677 credit score.

Laramie Crew 4x4
residual 57%
MSRP $63,800
36mo, 12k miles/year
rolled $1500 in negative equity over, $0 down

$599/month

Higher mf and 1500 negative equity.. and only 599 for a 63k truck. Not bad at all.

I hope so! I said get me into that truck for $600/mo no money down and they did so without question. I actually thought when I got to the dealership to sign paperwork that I'm getting taken advantage of since there was no haggling. I was like dang should I have asked for $550/mo???

Just got a Big Horn.
msrp - $49,800. v8 hemi, Level 1 equiqment, bed utility, remote start, parking sensors, wheel to wheel steps.

total due at lease signing - $3,650. (dealer said this was for NY taxes, first payment, fees, plates and stuff)

$399 a month. 36 months. 10,000 miles.

i was supposed to get $350 a month with 12k miles. (with same down payment) and they said my credit wasnt accepted, even though it was a 760! apparently because i never leased a car before. (my credit is good because i took out two $12k motorcycles.) so... they came back with the deal that i described up top and i had to use my gf as a cosigner.

Can someone please tell me if I got a good deal or if they got me? thanks

Where they "got ya" was requiring ""total due at lease signing - $3,650"".
You pay tax on your monthly payment not up front (unless you did a 1-pay lease).

I would be curious what your money factor was (interest rate).
