Latest software

I’ve done some reading in other threads, but most of the software discussion is about the 12” screen. Can someone confirm what the latest version is for the 8.4” Uconnect 4? The website says I’m all up to date, but doesn’t provide the latest version #. Supposedly my radio doesn’t get OTA updates. Just want to make sure I’m on the latest.

Same question on upgrade version for 8.4 unconnect. I also can't determine what version of the software I have on my radio, even looked at other threads that said to go under APP settings. I installed the 8.4 and so it is not stock OEM.

Not much. They told me to make an appointment with the dealer. Haven’t done it yet because no one can tell me if I’ll have to pay.

I'm in the same boat. Called Uconnect and said being the older version that I'm on, it won't receive the necessary over the air update. Dealer visit required. Most likely an hour charge. Call and ask your dealer. They may squeeze ya in.

I've been messaging with RamCares because my radio defaults to volume 15 for navigation, voice commands, and iphone, and if you lower it while the voice is talking it goes right back to 15 the next time it speaks. Today they told me that this is the current version but that an updated version is coming that may address this issue. Didn't say when though.

Where and how did you pull that #/software from?
I went to the dealer page on my radio and did not see a similar format.

Thanks. I did that and the dealer page came up. What I did not find is anything that came up in the same format as this USA-SBX-8.4-QR-39.6.0-20210405-Q0H4 found in post #11.
My FW/SW is 11.46.1
My EQ version says $54 also.

Mine didn’t say anything like that either. Even Uconnect support didn’t know what to do with my radio

I sent @RamCares screenshots of the dealer mode display (you have to scroll down to see all the info) and they were able to help ID the software version.
