HEMI Tick Prevention

Not sure if anyone came across this video yet
This man claims to be a Dodge tech for 30 years and he tickers around these engines (see his channel)

But according to him, Hellcat oil pump and 5000 miles oil change are the best prevention to lifter ticks.

I have seen his videos and follow his info , and agree with him it is not the MDS system I had two mopars with mds 186k and 225k on the other , both hemis no lifter problems I leave my ECO mode on , I agree with hime that it was a run of bad cams and lifters and Mopar dragged their feet on doing anything not a exact quote.

Got 186,000 on my truck, oil changes around every 10,000. Occasionally send sample to Blackstone, who tell me oil looks great and I could extend to 12,000 if I want. Since I have extended warranty, I don't. Have owned 4 hemis over the years (all 100,000+ miles), and only one developed lifter problem. It now has covered another 100,000+ miles without any more problems. IMO it's a materials issue, not a lubrication issue.
Same here. I’m pushing 300,000 miles between 3 Hemi’s with 10,000 mile intervals on oil changes. Zero issues. Never even had one of them in a shop since new for anything except basic software updates from recalls. Never had a single mechanical issue or even a warranty claim.
