Ah. Will try to adjust tomorrow. Would there be any difference in handling ?
Many of us have done it. You'd think as many as Hellwig has sold on this forum alone that they could afford a 5 cent sticker that says "This Side Down" or "This Side Up". ;)

It doesn't bother me when I mess up and my good friends on this forum help me get it corrected but that "Walk of Shame" past the wife to return to the garage to do it correctly can be killer!

I’ve seen a few posts that the limited sway bar is different than the other models. I had a 2019 Big Horn, and I can confirm that the Limited sway bar is definitely different. It’s actually thicker than the Hellwig, but not quite as heavy. I do think I can still feel a difference in the ride, but certainly not as dramatic as was my Big Horn.

I took a few pictures of the two next to one another.

It is different, has something to do with the air suspension I think. I still got a noticeable improvement though (middle setting).

Edit: I feel like if the stock bar was adjustable like the Hellwig, and you could put it at a tighter setting, that would probably do the trick.

I really think that the only difference is that when completely unloaded you will have very little clearance. I would not think that you would have an issue.....but I also would not want to take the chance 😕

Yeah, if Hellwig put a "Left" or "Right" sticker on the appropriate side, it'd be simple. It makes no difference to how it resists torque, but the bend is there to clear the differential housing (with tolerances). So, probably best to put in the "right" way. ;)

I have ordered my sway bar but not sure whether to go with CORE end links or Helwig. It seems to me the Helwigs are adjustable and cheaper.

I put my Hellwig on today. I have the 2” lower Maxtrac springs so I have been waiting on the Core 4x4 2” shorter end links. (Great people by the way) Everything came out and went in easy.

For anyone with the Maxtrac springs, Core 4x4 is now providing a smaller bushing insert for the top so you can re-use your factory bolt. (A much easier alternative than drilling a larger hole through the frame for their larger bolts)

I used the Corre bolts on the lower link and the factory bolts back in the D mounts.

You can see in the pictures how much beefier the Core links are. I went middle setting but will probably go to the tightest. Overall, a much more stable and better cornering truck
Are you saying I will have to drill my frame if I go with the Helwig links? I have Maxtrac 2" drop springs going in.

No reason to replace factory for a couple inches up or down, 6" lift, yeah likely, 6" drop, you have nothing left, who cares

I understand this helps with body roll and such, but any chance that would translate to helping with how much a cross wind pushes the truck? Mine's leveled, I know that's part of it, but it's kind of ridiculous how much the wind affects driving this truck.

I really don't notice anything with wind. But I have always driven a truck, is it worse than the wife's sedan? Yeah maybe, but again....?
