So it is only using it in the one way on phone.

Holy cr@p, you're totally right. They show when rotated to horizontal mode. Must be a text wrap problem of some sort.

Great news, much better thanks @Jared B !! Also the new layout got rid of those weird ad display problems on the iPad (ads jumping around) so that’s another improvement.

Be advised I’ve noticed the search system sometimes still defaults to the old search method (searching from the top forum page, or searching “everything” in advanced), but other times goes with google-fu (searching from inside a thread, or searching “threads” in advanced)... so it depends where you are... not sure if this behavior is fixable to always default to google first? I just make sure I search from within a thread, and choose “this forum” as my option.

Three letter searches work! Huzzah! !
