And here I was thinking that the mileage was so good that the gas mileage gauge rolled over. Who knew. 🙃🙃🙃

Thats what was on the window sticker. Either way its a scam. It does not get you 1 more mpg.
I have owned both and actually get 1.5 to 3 mpg more with the etorque

I stand corrected! I just looked at the Ram website to build and price a Rebel and both the regular 5.7 and the 5.7 E Torque option are priced at $2295
There was another price increase on ET and probably the regular. The window stickers coming out in the 2022 Order thread now show $2795

why do u say that
Just because the website says you can tow 11k pounds doesn't mean you can do it safely. I don't know your exact trailer, but you're most likely going to be over payload on your truck by several hundred pounds. Also, just a 37 foot TT that's not a 5th wheel is going to be a tail wagging the dog situation with crosswinds. That's a lot of trailer to pull with a 19 foot, 6000-ish pound truck.

Just put 510 miles on my truck
my gas mileage is only 12.6 mpg
sure hope it gets better.
anyone have any comments???
My 2019 ram 5th gen was getting 17 mileage on highway.
But I just did a 5in lift and Mickey Thompson tires and my mileage is now 13.

Easy fix. Just put another 1500 pounds in the bed and the truck will be more stable.🤤

Come on man! 🥴

the trailer is 8400lbs,unloaded,have towed it with 2 silverados with 5.3 engines,3.42gear ratio,rated 11,100
never had a problem,no tail swaying, etc, many times had to look to make sure trailer was still there.
the ram is rated 11,700,5.7 hemi,3.92 gear ratio,so we will see what happens.

Ya my fuel economy isn't very good right now either. The dash is showing 11mpg for this tank of fuel. It's -15°F here and has been for a couple days. Brand new truck (300 miles), idling to warm up, and the simple fact it's COLD outside. The Ram runs longer for each remote start cycle than my Sierra did. It all factors in.
