Future rebates and incentives

A good dealership will lock you into rebates at the time of order, or give you the rebates at the time of delivery, whichever is better - if it’s an ordered truck.

That's what my dealership is doing.

up here in canada our incentive went from $2500 to $7500. today sept 1/18 (first thing i looked at this mourning). laramie for sure

although I'm not sure where each trim started at last month - ALL trims up here in CANADA are now up to $7500.00 in consumer cash incentives.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, but down here in the US that would be like getting a $150 customer cash incentive...

as of yesterday, the canadian dollar closed at just under .77 - so the $5000 increase to exchange is around $3850 usd . not to mention in my HEAVILY taxed province - it saves us another 15% on the incentive too. (luxury tax on a vehicle over $55,000)

Well my Laramie rebate is currently $3,000 US dollars. See what it is on Tuesday. With September being the last day of the fiscal quarter, it hopefully will not decrease.

My truck is still on order, so not sure when it will arrive. It should be in September but there is no paperwork to fill out right now.

Well, the current ones expire 9/4 (in the US). Since I'm likely taking delivery on Thursday, we're hoping they stay the same or improve!

Huh, you sure he didn't mean Wednesday, 9/5? Current incentives expire on 9/4, so the new ones won't be out till 9/5, unless they overlap by a day.

I think they its going to be a day early. But idk. All I know is he said to pick it up Tuesday to get the Sept incentives. Truck has been sitting there since Friday.

That does not sound positive for the new rebates on 9/5, otherwise they would have told you to wait a day, but we will know tomorrow.
