Blast the powder coat that's on it and re-powder coat whatever color you want. Sanding it would be brutally hard, but doable.

Nothing i can just prep and spray on? Like performance enamel or something?

Powder coating is slick hence paint doesn't adhere well, you will really need to scuff up the powder coat enough where the primer will be able to stick to the powder coat.

Sounds like too much work. Hellwig should offer colors
