eTorque Bearing Replacement, Fixed Grinding Noise

I was able to successfully replace the part. The truck starts and sounds great. However, its still not charging the battery beyond 12V so the moment you hit the brakes, use a turn signal or a fan kicks on, the truck begins a downward spiral until it dies. I put in a new 12V battery because it still had the original battery from 2019 but that wasn't the problem. The dealer is saying its the MGU and I'm sure it is. I'm just wondering does it need to be recalibrated or flashed? Maybe it made changes in the computer to account for the poor performance that needs to be wiped?

Apologies for the dual post. It won't let me add on to my previous post. For timeline purposes, the service department did order a replacement today and requested the vehicle be placed on the VOR (vehicle off road) list. I will update this thread if the VOR part arrives before the replacement I already ordered August 26, 2025.

That's the main thing that I was concerned with too by replacing the bearing as I know it'll fix the noise, but wasn't sure if it'll fix the charging issue.
