When are we going to be able to purchase a service manual for the 2019 Rams? Every time I look on Tech Authority, they show as out of stock. Given that they're electronic, this is pretty hard to believe.

I just bought 81-370-19064-SUSB last week.
81-370-19064-SUSB is actually for DT. I am not sure what's the difference between 81-370-19074-SUSB

Your first link says 19064, but it links to 19074. Only 19074 says it's for DT. I suspect 19064 is for the DS (2019 Ram Classic). Either way, both show as out of stock.

So the manual finally showed up as orderable on Mopar's website, and I just received it. Now - does anyone know when (or if??) the wiring diagrams will be made available? They apparently have removed all of the wiring information from the regular service manuals, and offer a separate wiring manual. However, it seems there are no wiring manuals available for 2019s.

So is 81-370-19064-SUSB the service manual for the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic? I am looking for the "official" service manual, I had one with my older Dodge Ram 1500 it was about 2,895 pages long and saved me from so many crooked stealership and private mechanics who were trying to gouge me and then break my truck.

I actually don't know exactly what 81-370-19064-SUSB is. I found the following which says it's for the 2019 DS, which is the Ram Classic:

Their site is such a mess. The text for -19064-SUSB says it's for a 2019 Ram 1500 Pickup (no DS, no DT), but the image for the card says it's for a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
I tried emailing them once before - what a surprise, I never got a response. I'll try calling them tomorrow.

That was about the most useless phone call I have ever had the misfortune of participating in. "No, the wiring diagram manual is not yet available - I just got that question the other day". "Well, do you have any idea when they will become available, or even IF they'll be provided at some point?" "No, sir - I have no information on that".
"Okay - on to the other question - what vehicle exactly is the product -19064 for? -19074 says it's for 2019 Ram 1500 DT, and -19075 says 2019 Ram 1500 DS. What is -19064?" "Sir, I have no idea. Is there anything else I can help you with today?"

So, I can tell with 100% certainty that part number 81-370-19074-SUSB is for the 2019 Ram DT. I'm 98% sure that 81-370-19075-SUSB is for the 2019 Ram Classic (model code DS). I have not a single clue what 81-370-19064-SUSB is. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it really was for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, as other Jeep manuals are all in the -19060 to -19068 range of product IDs. Probably just a screw-up in their product db.

Why would you pay twice as much for the same thing? This is just a CD version of the USB that you buy from TechAuthority. And it also reinforces my guess about the correct part number for the 2019 Ram Classic. That CD, for a 2018 Ram, is 81-370-18075-CD. So now I'm positive that the 2019 Ram Classic manual on USB from Tech Authority is 81-370-19075-SUSB - and it's $119 as opposed to $259.
Just keep checking this site, and eventually they will be back in stock and orderable:

Just a quick follow up: I can attest that 81-370-19075-SUSB is in fact for DS (2018 Classic). I unfortunately have one in my hand at this very moment. Of course, I'll have to send it back since I need DT.
P.S. What I got resembles a credit card. It's pretty thin. This is suppose to work in a USB?

Yep. See on the one side, there's a raised area about the size of a USB drive? This pivots and flips out from the rest of the card, and is the actual USB drive. That will insert into a USB socket.

Do NOT order 19064... this is a mis-print on their website. That is actually for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. -19074 is the one you want. DT is the model code for the 5th gen Rams (2019 and up). The previous generation (2009-2018) was 'DS'. -19075 is for a 2019 'DS', which is the Ram Classic (2019 truck that looks like a 2018).
