I fabricated a shelf in the bed of my truck that allows me to put large tubs and a cooler underneath the dog area. I dropped it down a few inches with some aluminum brackets in order to give the dogs more room beneath the ceiling of the canopy. Since the pictures I added a rubber-bottomed entry rug cut to the size of the platform.
