Change to turn signals in 2023 MY?

I took my '23 in for this a couple weeks ago. They ended up replacing the clock spring and didn't change out the multifunction switch. I was skeptical, but it is fixed now.
It's the same part.

I just had my 2023 in for the other recall yesterday. The turn signal lever also populated back as a recall on my truck so they performed that as well. I'm now on my FOURTH turn signal lever lol. Granted, my third one was just put in I think in August I had it swapped and I wasn't having problems. But they said since it showed as active again now, they had to change it again.

Reason number 10,001 why they're having money problems.

I have this issue on my 2020
It's based off the part number of the clock spring/multifunction switch installed on the truck, not model year. There was probably a revision to it for the model years effected. Because one of two people with a different part number are having similar issues doesn't warrant them expanding the recall.

I just ordered the replacement part from mopar.com, a couple other places had it $20 cheaper but they had the fastest shipping.

My issue: My right turn signal would not disengage after a turn, if I manually lowered the stalk the left signal would turn on, if I tapped the stalk in the opposite direction the right signal would come back on (rinse, repeat...). After fiddling with it for a while I developed a new problem, my high beams would come on every time I engaged the right turn signal. I fiddled with it some more and now the high beams will not come on at all. On a brighter note, turn signals seem to be working fine now. I know my high beams work because they self engaged on a cold start after my battery died yesterday. I did get them to turn off but I'm back to the same problem with no highs when I try to engage them through the stalk.

I am out of warranty and not covered by the voluntary recall so I'll be replacing the part myself. I found a couple of helpful videos if anyone is interested in he process.

Mopar came through and my new clockspring came this afternoon. The old one was a pain to get out but it went fairly smoothly.

Thankfully installing the clockspring is easier than the removal.

Here is the old and new one next to each other, the old one ends in 01, the new one 02.

I waited a few minutes after reconnecting the battery, nothing exploded and everything works!
