So, the bottom line on CAI seems to be this...if you like the sound and the butt dyno appeal, then get it. If those things aren't important to you, don't worry about it because the gains we are all looking for aren't going to be there. The ONLY time I've had a CAI make a noticeable difference was when I put a K&N on my 2003 Cobra...the other ones I bought were for the NA autos I've had and they've just produced noise with little or no gains. Even the one I installed in my 2003 IS300 with the piggyback ECU was nearly pointless, but I liked the sound and I felt like there was a tiny gain in throttle response. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have reached out buy email and phone calls and no one got back to me at all.Did anyone come up with a group buy plan for the S&B setup?
Well that stinks. Is it still the best choice or do we buy a different type because we're upset about no group buys? They got back to me. They don’t do group buys.
Hey...next big thing.Wow that aFe adds 24+ HP. Is there a mini NOS bottle inside that filter. LOL

Same. This forum is making me empty my wallet. My buddy is installing a K&N CAI to his Rebel. I think I’m just going to replace the OEM air filter with the K&N filter and be content. You all just keep finding ways to spend my money............
Yeah I’m gonna dig a little today on K&N, AFE and AEM filters before I decide on which filter. And I don’t know if I want oiled or dry yet.@SB89 ...look at the AEM that I installed in mine...may save you some money.
