will do. I’m determined to get it working at this point.
Maybe someone here might be able to help... right now I have a EPB warning light I can’t get rid of. The DTC is C2212: ECU in plant mode. I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. I’ve tried about everything I can in alpha with no luck. This came on after replacing the abs module and HCU. The EPB still works fine.
Any update on this? I wouldn't mind adding it to my truck too.

yes, and no. I had to take the truck in for an abs initialization because I couldn’t get rid of the parking brake warning light. I actually talked with the tech there and he’s interested in my project and is willing to help. Unfortunately I’ve been swamped with work lately as we are closing out a project. I haven’t had much time to play with alpha since the initialization.

So i've managed to get the DTC in the cruise control module down to "C2206 - vehicle configuration mismatch"

I assume this means i haven't selected the correct settings in the BCM. I'm hoping it's just a matter of getting the correct configuration. I am trying to gather more vehicle configurations so i can compare them to mine. If anyone reading has ACC, Lane assist, etc and could send their vehicle configuration that'd be huge. If anyone has any insight it is much appreciated.

Current status in the DASM is as follows:

Went to my dealer and was able to sit down with a tech and go through the modules with him on witech. I'm getting 2 faults that are preventing the ACC and Lane departure from working. U148A in the steering "implausible data received from DASM" and C2206 in the DASM "vehicle configuration mismatch". Interestingly, when i disable 'vehicle config 7 - lane depart present' The U148A code disappears.

I was able to get a current vehicle configuration profile to compare to mine. I have changed every setting in the BCM that seems remotely relevant to ACC and Lane Depart to what his was and i am still getting the same codes. At this point i'm convinced i'm missing a module, but i can't seem to figure out what module i need to add or swap. I suppose it's possible the DASM i have is VIN locked (it is a used module) as i know some modules are (such as an ABS module). But i haven't found any information to suggest this yet.

I forgot about this thread. Can I get a copy of your current bcm configuration, and I’ll take a look and see if anything stands out?

One important setting I see is VehConfig 8 steering C factor needs to be set to TYPE 2

Set CustSetMenu 1 Forward Collision Mitigation Braking CSM Present to NO
Set P/T Chassis Net EPB Electronic Parking Brake to ENABLE

Connect as a 2020 DT body computer in advanced mode and make sure these two are set to NO:
VehConfig 7 Lane Centering / HAS feature present
VehConfig 7 LDW without haptic feedback feature present

when I try to connect to 2020 in advanced mode on windows it forces a connection to DT2019 Var 3

Do those last two VehConfig 7 settings show up in the list in that variant?

Also, I should have said connect to your bcm first, then switch to advanced mode and select 2020 DT out of the list. Then click advanced diagnostics.

Negative I do no see the last two configuration options in the variant 3.

After changing those other options though I am still left with the same vehicle configuration mismatch dtc

Checking other modules now

Try this to get those two settings- connect as normal. Switch to advanced mode. Select 2019 DT Var 4. Don’t click connect again, but click active diagnostics. They should be in that list.
U148A is gone now, though?

okay this worked and can confirm those vehicle config 7 options are set to No by default.

U148A is still showing after clearing
U0104 in the TCM appeared but clears and stays cleared.

Okay so I just checked the status in the DASM and I now have more parameters showing.

Something that’s interesting is the module is showing that this module is VIN locked.
It’s also reading FCW Error.

I wonder if you cannot use a used DASM.

Does it show the donor VIN as being current AND original?

Possibly. You’ve been riding around with the DASM installed for a while, right? It would have picked up on your VIN by now. That would be odd that a module like that would have to be a virgin...

Yes, I’ve had this plugged in for over two months. I know for a fact it’s from a wrecked limited. I’m not sure why this particular module would have to be virgin either. Seems strange, but possible?
