I just went and looked at 4 2020's and every one of them had water under the carpet is this exact same spot! Needless to say I walked away. I love the Truck but not the headaches that will follow. Thanks for posting this. You saved me from making a bad decision.
5/19 build.
I was hoping that by ordering late I could avoid some of these problems. I guess the factory still hasn't fixed the water leak problem.
However, everything else works, and the AC is more than adequate on my Ram!
Showed the Service Writer the video. She wants me to show the video to the service manager when I show up for my appointment on Monday.
Wonder how they are going to go about fixing it...
Cheers

Well after sealing the 3rd brake light it is still leaking. I told them that I didn't think it was the 3rd brake light. I said why don't you check the shark din antenna and they said that it wasn't wet up there. I told them the water might run off of it fast enough to keep it from soaking it. They opened a star case about it. I said well if you don't fix it fast you can go ahead and order me a new back seat also. Then he just gave me one of those crazy looks.

Not all Ram's---my sons 2019 Laramie crew was built July 2018 and has never leaked.is this happening to all rams? or is it just a select group.
Thanks mine was march of 19. So far so good. Had some good rain since I got it.Not all Ram's---my sons 2019 Laramie crew was built July 2018 and has never leaked.
I know mine has the front leak, and it was built 7-29-19. But, I would say that it's random, across the board.is this happening to all rams? or is it just a select group.

Had my window replaced today, inspected the work performed, walked back inside and told the service advisor that the rear defroster sure isn't gonna work with the wires disconnected!add me to the list. Rear window leak. Passenger side. Dealer had to replace the rear window. Tried my best to clean and dry the carpet but they still smell. Going back to the dealer as now my rear defroster doesn’t work and hopefully replace the carpet.
They sent it to a body shop that removed the front fender and did some caulking. Hasn't leaked since.Did they give you a fix for it?

My dealer doesn't have a body shop. They sent it out to a body shop that I think is connected somehow to the Chevy dealer in the area.Did the service dept send it to the body shop? Thats great if they did and not try to repair it themselves.
