UPDATE FROM DEALER VISIT ON THIS ISSUE - I just heard back from the dealer on this issue and I'm very frustrated. They could not replicate (which is to be expected as it is very random) but they pulled 2 stored codes from the diagnostic.
HVAC – B10EB-4B Blower Power Module over temp
HVAC – B10EB-19 Blower Power Module Overcurrent
They proceed to tell me that they reset the codes and the problem has not happened to them so they can't do anything about it but to bring it back if it happens again. Something is clearly not right as multiple people are having this issue as you see in this forum. I would say fortunately I have a case specialist who is working this issue with Chrysler accept the fact that this dealer has not heard from them nor can I get in touch. I've left multiple voice mails for this specialist and have not gotten a response. I also have had the issue where the truck has cut off while backing out of my garage. I'm wondering if an overcurrent problem is causing some other issue as well.
@RamCares I appreciate you escalating this the first time for me, but so far I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about any help I'm going to get if I can't even talk to the case specialist or they are to busy to be effective. This is unacceptable for a brand new truck.
