Forgot to mention that I tossed some upgrades at the truck a couple weeks back.



Had my boys at Westshore Spring & 4x4 toss them on and get it all set up!





Now on to a skid plate system. Laser scanned the bottom of the truck so designing something to protect the exposed diff, steering, and exhaust now.

Starting to cut a new prototype front bumper for my truck today that I've been designing. Here's a sneak peek




Best part is it fits a winch and its even lower profile than the stock bumper! Here's an overlay so you can see how they stack up.


Keeping the radar sensor in the oem location was key, and there's a ton of hours in design to integrate all the tech and harnesses perfectly.


The modular design give you the opportunity to add a grill bar, a winch mount, or a skid plate at any time. Your truck capability expands with how far you want to adventure.

Hopefully the next update will have pictures of the actual thing! Off to start building

Passed the Fit Test. Realized I can run a dual winch setup now .





Lots going on behind the bumper for all the tech.



I'll finish welding it up and get it into our powder-coating booth so I can get it on the truck and run it through some tests!

Testing over the last couple of weeks has been great. Adaptive cruise , driving assist (lane centering), parking sensors are all functioning as they did before. May have caused a few broken necks driving it around town though ...

mmm that bullbar flows with the grille nicely. Can hardly tell its there


Room for additional pod lights up to 6" on either side of the bullbar

Choice of yellow or white upgraded fog lights. They run directly off the factory harness with our simple adapters.


And perhaps my favorite part .. how about that [low] Profile.


I cant forget the skid plate. Its so subtle in the photos but plays a massive roll in protecting the underside of the hurricane.




I'll be moving this into production starting next week! Ill be doing a pre-sale for our eager forum members so I'll post up here when its available to purchase. As I do with out other products, I'll be putting together a full installation video. There's a ton going on behind the bumper which lets it integrate perfectly with the truck that I just don't see in any other products out so I'm excited to show that off once its released.
