Stoked to say we finally received our 2025 Rebel X that we ordered last summer. Was worth the wait - this is one sweet truck. I drove it strait to our shop and started to take it apart. Despite a similar appearance to previous years - there's a ton of changes, which means most parts we have won't transfer over, but I love a new challenge and can not wait to start designing new products geared for those who want to see more of the world or simply want a unique look.

Here's the truck - wanted to order one with most of the bells and whistles so we can test everything.
-Rebel X 10th Anniversary Edition
-Mohave Sand
-Level II Equipment Group
-Advanced Safety Group II
-Ram Tow Assist

I'm excited to get this out on the backroads, but before I do, it need a winch and some off-road lighting so I'm starting on that today. Excited to share the progress here.

What upgrades would you like to see?

that truck in that color would look good with a fancy roll bar and a lightbar on top in Black

pre runner style bumpers!

Chase light mounts (something like GodzMFG)

Rock sliders!

Skids!

Rear differential skid!

The sky is the limit…

Thanks for the feedback!

Before I added lights I wanted to lay the foundation for powering them. Designed up a bracket to hold my Auxbeam AR800 - an 8 button solid state relay system that will power my accessories from a simple button panel I'll mount inside the cab. Quote happy how this first prototype fit.. It bolts directly to existing hardware and It has slots to zip tie all the accessory wires so they will have adequate strain relief and will keep everything secure.

Sheetmetal CAD:

Cut, cleaned and formed into shape with the Auxbeam Switch Panel installed:

And Installed in the engine bay. The black bumpers under the logo isolate the bracket and damp engine bay vibrations. New design also allows for easier battery replacement.

The existing cab bracket I have for the 19-24 trucks will port right over. I'll get this powder coated black and wired up after the weekend.

Often if you get your truck stuck, the easiest way out is the way you went in. I added some recovery hooks to the rear of the truck using our Mounting Kit. The hooks themselves are the same as the Front of DT trucks which can be purchased from MOPAR or there are some aftermarket brands available out there as well.

Ordered some Baja Designs LP6 Pro's for the front, so set off designing a set of bolt on brackets.

A pair of Rubber isolators mount between the bumper and the bracket to damp vibrations, allowing a cleaner light beam when mobbing backroads.

Brackets attach securely to existing hardware in the top of the bumper, and are powder coated with the same finish for a stealthy look.

Mounted - LP6 lights should be here this week :)

Im assuming this kit wont work for the left side mounted center bed step? If not, do you have a kit that just does the right side?

Correct, the Multifunction Tailgate step is not compatible as it shares the same area. We do sell the bracket for the Rear Passenger side

You'll need the Front Left (drivers side) recovery hook. Part number is in the product description

same concept as dark dunes' (which now went under) and i can already see the same issues happening. the rubber isolators are not going to help much because that's not why the lights wobble when bombing down rough terrains. i had the same issue when i was running LP6 on the same style brackets. I also came up with the solution and was gonna make these things but i sold the whole thing to my customer. solution is to add a support that triangulate the front of the mount. Thicker materials may help too.

Thanks for your feedback. These are a prototype and the first version had no isolators. The difference between the two versions is substantial. Always looking to improve so I will look into adding a gusset to help with deflection due to heavier lights.
