I tend to agree with this. Vehicles get labeled as lemons, but it's because someone is failing to diagnose the problem correctly. If the problem was diagnosed correctly and repaired properly the first time, the vehicle wouldn't continue to be problem and labeled a lemon. Instead, they start touching everything and replacing parts that don't need replacing and causing more problems as they go.I don’t, I’m sure Google does though
That said, I’ve found that most of these type of issues, that lead people to want to lemon law a vehicle, are largely due to an individual dealership’s poor performance (knowledge, scheduling of techs, parts department skill, etc) rather than the vehicles themselves. Before stressing yourself further, it may be worth your while to ask/ look/read around and see if there’s another dealership in proximity whose service department is well regarded.
