Do it with all windows i had same problemAnyone else experiencing significant wind noise when driving? Almost like the weatherstipping has gaps in it. It sounds as if my door is not shut all the way, but it certainly is.

One month with this truck and I’m already sick of it. First had airbag lights come on, then the front left amber running lights stopped illuminating, and now this. Anyone deal with this before? Can’t even check without the dipstick either.![]()
There’s no subscription required for CarPlay or Android AutoYou're not the only one, I've owned a 2025 Ram bigjunk less than 1 month and less than 500 miles and it has already needed a new fuel pump, and some sort of coolant assembly that was leaking, and I'm highly betting it has other stellantiscrapdefects. My 1st ram and it will be my last. I will be unloading this piece of crap as soon as possible, but in the meantime I'm quite confused about the ramconnect, the uconnect, the androidauto, the mopar bs, and whatever other stupid subscriptions these trucks came with. Since my plan is to dump this truck asap, what is the easiest/best way to get some sort of navigation working without being connected and signed up for all the crap? I have the truck connected to my phone by bluetooth, I have google maps on my phone, is there not some way to get the google maps to show on the stupidly large screen without signing up for 4 different things or being in any free trial period?
Is it possible to completely delete/remove the uconnect and have a working navigation system? Can the uconnect be deleted/removed?There’s no subscription required for CarPlay or Android AutoAnd built in navigation will still work
I’m not sure I understand your question. Uconnect is the name of the infotainment system. It controls your radio, heat, seats, driving options…Is it possible to completely delete/remove the uconnect and have a working navigation system? Can the uconnect be deleted/removed?
You should connect your phone via android auto or CarPlay, depending on the device type. Not Bluetooth. Then you’ll likely get the experience you expectThere’s no subscription required for CarPlay or Android AutoAnd built in navigation will still work
I was trying to ask if I can use a navigation without being connected to any of the services, it sounds like maybe the built in navigation would work but the maps it utilizes might not update. I found the 12v outlet thing up on the dash, inconvenient place for it but I didn't think it had one at all as I was looking in the typical places and hadn't seen it. I have an older portable gps unit that I'll just update the maps and plug it in to that outlet (assuming that outlet actually works) that'll be fine until I sell this truck. The display screen/info thing has a very slow response time when any of the buttons are tapped, sometimes like 4-7 seconds, reminds me of the days when we had dial-up internet connection instead of fiber optic, so I haven't done much through that and don't plan to as it takes too long. Thanks for your replies.I’m not sure I understand your question. Uconnect is the name of the infotainment system. It controls your radio, heat, seats, driving options…
You don’t have to use any connected services and the truck will still work. You won’t be able to use the app to lock/unlock/ remote start, but you can still remote start from the fob. You won’t get map updates (or, maybe, traffic updates) but built in navigation will still work.
I’m still not sure what you’re asking
Do you have a cell phone with a map app you like to use (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, etc)? If yes, then you can pair your phone to the truck and use them. I can’t image a scenario where this wouldn’t make you happy. If you have an iPhone, use CarPlay. If you have an Android, use Android Auto. If it would help, we can link the Uconnect manual for you, and it has a whole section dedicated to use of these two options. The result is that apps on your phone will be accessible through the center screen in the truck, including maps and other apps (Pandora, messages, phone, and many others). I personally use pandora and don’t pay the ever increasing costs for Sirius-XM.I was trying to ask if I can use a navigation without being connected to any of the services, it sounds like maybe the built in navigation would work but the maps it utilizes might not update. Why don’t you just use CarPlay or Android Auto??I was trying to ask if I can use a navigation without being connected to any of the services, it sounds like maybe the built in navigation would work but the maps it utilizes might not update. Look. This is getting out of hand. I’m not sure if you’re just bent on not looking anything up or don’t understand.I have an android s23, I did what I would call "paired" it to the truck. I have an amazon prime music app on my phone that does work/play through the trucks stereo which seems to work. I also have google maps on my phone which so far I can't seem to make work (or find) on the truck, but again there is an annoyingly long delay between tapping anything on that screen and when it responds, so I haven't spent too long "waiting" for the screen to decide to respond. I once or twice saw "androidauto" pop up on my phone when getting into or starting the truck or something, but I never registered/subscribed/"clicked" or whatever was necessary on my phone to the androidauto part. Sounds like maybe that's what I should have done, but seems like the last few times using the truck that android auto thing didn't pop up on my phone, it is possible though that i clicked something to not show that pop up on my phone anymore so maybe that's why I haven't seen it pop up lately. Fortunately I have other vehicles to drive which is part of the reason that I haven't devoted more time to sitting in that truck watching the display screen think about if it's going to respond to any selections made. I'll try to look into that androidauto for navigation and if the buggy/delayed screen continues being an issue as mentioned I'll just use my portable gps unit.

Plug your phone into the USB port under the radio. It’ll connect Android auto. I’m not sure if it’ll add the wireless portion or not.
I think to add the wireless portion you open Android auto on your phone (when not plugged into the truck) then hold the talk button on your setting wheel. Then connect them.
This is the technology. It’s your choice to learn to use it or not, but everything you’re saying just means your dealer didn’t walk you through the basics. You should go back to them and ask to be taught the system’s basics. Or not. Your choice. Good luck
the setting isn’t there. it’s automatic with speed and doesn’t unlock in park but you can set what they do when you open the driver door (just the driver or all unlock). If they don’t lock with speed, there’s a TSB to fix that issue.Just purchased a 25 Tungsten. Was wondering if I’m missing something or is it an actual issue. I’m hearing rattling when I hit a bump. Not a consistent rattle only when hitting bumps. Also am I missing a setting with door locks not locking when the truck switches from park to drive and unlocking from drive to park. I’m sure I had it on my 2020 limited, but I did go back to a BMW then now my Tungsten.
TSB?? Not sure what that means. It’s also not locking or engaging with speed either.the setting isn’t there. it’s automatic with speed and doesn’t unlock in park but you can set what they do when you open the driver door (just the driver or all unlock). For the bump, I’d go to the dealer. maybe check the door pockets and under rear storage bins first.
